I loved the beautiful spacious lot renting here. The two bedroom is reasonably priced. I signed the year lease agreement and hoping to renew my lease for at least another year. Management last year was lacking and neglectful to certain problems but its drastically improved since. I recommend this place to especially first time buyers. Ask for Sharon. Im loving my new home! The manager is nice and she even offered to give me my keys after hours because I was stuck in traffic. Ive been here already a year and no major problems to describe.

The management was very neglectful of keeping tenants living next door to me at a decent decibel. They were constantly waking me up at night which was a big problem. I decided to leave after 6 months only. Thought I had already mentioned this but must not of saved it. Anyway, if your thinking of renting here, I recommend checking it out a few times first including in the evening time to be safe.

I really like the manager Tina. She has her stuff altogether. Organized, friendly and attentive. I recommend this place 8/10
