Pretty decent storage facility nice employees, dont bother you much. Open for access till 9:45 pm which is major plus. Also very quiet and not much traffic. Only negative is the doors a little old so kinda hard to open at times.

I literally just had amazing customer service from Jen! I needed a space real quick and in a hurry. She showed me a space right next to the office, which I really liked because of the security. She was very patient with me as my card declined. I had one of those temporary cards that the bank gives you. I ended up calling them and it took a while on hold, but she was super patient and very understanding with me. I so far am very happy. I appreciated all of her help. OH and the place looked really clean too. Im not afraid of what might happen to my stuff.

I used SJ Storage to rent a truck for a move. I dealt with Jen several times as I rescheduled over and over. She was always patient and helpful. The property is very well kept, you can tell that Jennifer takes pride in maintaining the property. If you need storage definitely talk to Jennifer before you go anywhere else

The manager parks right in the isle, there was another person getting things out of their unit but because of where the manager parks I couldnt even get in and when I knocked on the door I was yelled at and told dont you know how to read. I get its Sunday but cars should be parked in a different area other than blocking the entrance.

Omg what a relief Jennifer was to me during this horrible move! She found me the exact size unit I needed. I had no idea since I’ve never stored before. She keeps this place super clean all the time & she’s always so sweet. Stored here for about 2 months now. No issues & from the security, I don’t think I’m gunna have any either!
