Very rude and unprofessional. He told me he could do a diagnostic on my car that same day and had my car sitting in the same spot for multiple days. He then got angry that I called him twice about it and said he no longer wanted to work on my car. I went down to pick up my car and there was a hole in the middle of my key fob and slammed my key on the desk and was very rude and out of line with his professionalism. I DO NOT recommend going here!

My car’s transmission was rebuilt twice by this shop. First time it went out at about 13k miles.My transmission went out again yesterday at 17k miles, not even a year after the second rebuild. Don’t waste your money here, it’s not worth it.

The name of his company says it all.Probity: The quality of having strong moral principles; honesty and integrity.I have been taking our vehicles to Hector for years. He is a straight up, genuine guy. No fake salesman crap, which is one of the things I really appreciate about him!I just recently took my wifes car in with a concern about the transmission. He checked it out and diagnosed it as a minor issue, but could have just as easily told me the trans needed major work worth thousands of dollars. This is why I trust him so much. It is always nice to have skilled, trustworthy professionals you can call on when you need them!

Hector and his staff are above all honest. Ive gone to him 5 or 6 times in the past 3 years and have been very satisfied each time. He doesnt overcharge and always explains everything. Ive rebuilt engines and this guy knows his stuff.

Hector has NEVER been anything but honest, helpful and more interested in doing the right thing. Right now he is working on my vehicle and advised me not to fix it because it would cost more than I would want to pay. He was right. He even said he couldnt find anything wrong another time, and didnt want to charge me for his time in checking it out. VERY unusual for a mechanic. I wont use anyone else. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE POSTING HERE THAT HAS GIVEN A ONE STAR RATING.
