Extremely poor follow-through! i sent two submissions through their website portal (one inexplicably didnt submit and i had to re-submit), a text and FIVE emails and i still didnt get an estimate to repair two small slider bathroom windows. after the fourth email exchange, i replied, with all due respect, how many more times are we going to email about this job? and he replies, we stand disqualified. uhhh, no, youre just incompetent. buyer beware!tonys windows & glass: FAIL

Complete waste of time. Sent 32 emails back and forth. Extremely painful to work with, didnt clearly answer simple questions like What is the process here? or What do I need to do next? Do I pay you first or do you do the inspection first?

Shyster alert! This guy strung us along on email for 3 full weeks before he could make an inspection visit. When we called the final time, he was somewhat confused on the phone but amenable: he came to meet me that very evening. After saying that the window would be easy to fix, he refused to fix it because he wanted me to admit that I had received a contract from him that I had never received. Then he drove off after physically shoving me, leaving me there with a broken window over some technicality when all I had asked was, Can you tell me what needs to be done? He is older and seemed fuzzy: I suspect the onset of Alzheimers or something. He probably was just confused but my window is still broken.
