First time around they could not get our vision right and did not meet our deadline. Second time around they wanted all of the project money upfront before we even had a finished product. Once, we got things sorted out, re-opened the project, and then resubmitted our script, they never responded to us. Our experience with Video Jeeves has been completely unsatisfactory and we would not recommend their services. All in all, terrible service, they try to steal your money, Kenneth Parks will not respond if he knows he cant provide for your project, and you end up having to do all of the work even though you are paying them for the service.

Working with Video Jeeves was a great experience. From storyboarding to the transitions to the visual elements that were used in the video, everything was perfect!

Steer clear of them. They took our money, promised to meet a deadline. Then disappeared. When we finally got a hold of them they tell us that the video is too long for them to make, its going to be a 9 minute video, when the script was only half of a page, 30-90 seconds depending on pauses. Then they tried to say the characters which we provided as all vector images, which you need in order to animate, were no good, we sent 30 of them. These images were to try to help them to create a quicker turn around time, they were not part of the quote or the deal, just an effort to help them out. Then out of frustration they admitted the truth that they had new clients that were willing to pay more that they just dropped our project to work on those. I would run far away from them. Rip Off. Scam.

Then they stated they had financial problems and would pay me back in payments, but just like they failed to deliver a quality product, they failed once again, and again, and again, to follow through with the promise of a refund. Save yourself the headache, LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE for service! Recruit a kindergartener for heavens sake, atleast they would deliver some art worthy to hang on your fridge. You will not find any adequate services through these thieves. If you are looking to give away money, skip these creeps, and donate to a charity.

A typical bait and switch company. Absolutely no business offering website design as they have no idea how to design anything. Even the LogoJeeves section is budget we had to submit the logo and they just turned it into a jpeg. They promise 21 days to build a 5-7 page website and after 1 month not even one page was done correctly. You tell them this is how I want the page designed and they send back something completely opposite, Then they start asking for more money as they hold you work hostage. Your account manager gets switched and they dont even tell you When you call them ( because they dont call you) they dont even know who you are Wait let me look up your account who are you? Sounds like a overseas phone room talking all the calls. Stay out and run away from this scam.

Everything about them is fake, Kenneth Park doesnt even exist, its a made up account manager. The work featured in their portfolio belongs to other video creatives who are constantly fighting them to put it down (thats why their portfolio is always changing).
