Brian was incredibly helpful and patient with my recent custom flash drive order. Because of the nature of my work, the order took an exceptional amount of time to complete. I had to ask for several proofs and quotes before I finally got the final sign-off from my supervisor to place the order. Brian was very patient, prompt, and reliable throughout the entire process. He also was able to rush the order to us. He exceeded our expectations. He was also very transparent along the way, which made me feel very comfortable with the purchase. I have used this company for years but have a big problem with the batch of 100 shrink-wrapped BluRays I ordered in January, 2020. None of the discs will play at all! PLUS the shrink-wrapping is loose and slip-shod. I only learned the discs were bad because all my recent customers have started returning them! So DVD Copycat’s bad quality control is now literally costing me money for shipping refunds, etc! Not good, guys.

I really like this place. We ordered printed flash drives for our band with our music on them - Elena was very helpful in making a complicated order easy. The print was just the custom look we wanted and they came in on time. Good service, good product. Ill use them again for sure.

Jess at DVD Copycats did a fantastic job with my DVD printing project. I made a short film and needed prints made for the film festival circuit. DVD Copycats went above and beyond in helping me; I was very impressed with Jess who helped me every step of the way. She helped me improve the DVD packaging art work and did not even charge me for the extra work she put in to make it look fantastic. How rare is this?? I cant say enough about how much I appreciate professionals who care about their work, especially in this field, where it is hard to find anyone who even does this professionally. Im pretty annoyed with them right now. Elena told me to drop the master off by 4:00 to get the order started today (the invoice she sent indicated they would be open until 4:30), so I battled late-afternoon SF traffic and arrived right at 4:00... only to find that everyone was gone for the day. And I do mean gone.You really should have warned me if you were cutting out early. Which part of see you in a little while did you miss?
