PISS POOR UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Their website is misinformed and posts incorrect information. Hours are posted online, however when making a trip just to have a form verified the building is locked and no further information provided. These PARASITES working for Cal State Vets needs to b FIRED!!! GHETTO LIKE service for most deserving Vets.

The gentlemen that answered the phone does not give correct information. He said I couldnt get a Veteran form because I dont have an ID or Drivers license. He said he wouldnt take my Retired military ID. Please place someone with basic knowledge to answer the phones!

These people are awesome. They helped me with my VA appeal and I won benefits I had been denied. They succeeded because they knew the regulations that a previous VA counselor elsewhere didnt. They are up to date and extremely well trained. I will be forever grateful for their professional and caring demeanor and expert advice. Its obvious its more than a job to them. It changed the quality of my life.

This group never answers the phone, if you do get through to leave a voice message rare they sometimes call you back. My claim from 2013 has been held up a extra yr now the VA say they want to finalize but VSO are reviewing file and the VA can not act until they release it. but the people here are non responsive. New VSO they gave me to help resolve say she does not DO emails?? how do we communicate since i cant do smoke signals?

1. Waited 40 min waiting room and then left2 could not locate any free Wi-Fi3. The two TVs on the wall were off not sure of operational status4. The databases for all USA VA offices, clinics, medial, or administrative should be link so that when a VA’s name or SSN should automatically show all available and existing benefits5. Cybersecurity VA training & va free training for IT or certifications or college USAA benefits should also be link to the same database for easy reference for both the va and the staffThank you
