I worked with Sarah Kurhajetz when she responded to the resume I had submitted for a job. Working with Sarah was absolutely easy and seamless. She really took care to answer all my queries, reached out to the prospective employers when I had questions, and responded almost immediately.The main thing that I liked was that it was important to her that the job was a good fit for me and the employers. There was a long interview process and I finally got the job - thanks to Scion and Sarah for their patience and perseverance.

They seem to care about the people they work with. They check in with you to make sure the company youre working with is a great fit. Got laid off during the work day early in the week and Scion still paid me for the full 40 hours of that week. Nhi, Sarah, Karina and ?Adolfo? were all really helpful!

Ive been with Scion Staffing for about five months as a placement. I contacted them with my resume and standard cover letter and Scion sharpened them up and made them way more presentable. Tina was extremely helpful in coaching me with my resume. Karina then very helpfully coached me in the interview process, simply and with a great amount of esteem-building. First I was placed into a project toward its end, and was made very aware that the position would be temporary if I accepted it which was totally fine. Then I was moved to another position and am about to be converted and hired by the company. Mixed experience. They seem SO disorganized. They werent clear about what they wanted from me in my first office visit, screened me for one position (which I never heard back about), never got back to me about promising positions. I only got a temp remote role from Scion, which was a decent part-time job but definitely not what I was looking for. I wouldnt go back.

Amazing personalities are what surround you when you walk through the door. I had been a bit parched as I came in, so they immediately offered me a cold glass of water. These people are super nice and genuinely want to see talent succeed! Could not ask for a better first time impression/vibe. It’s L.I.T.!

Would not recommend. I applied to a few positions through the Scion portal and ended up speaking with 2 different recruiters at different times. The first, Susie, was responsive, helpful, and provided regular updates on the specific opportunity I was interested in. The other recruiter, Tina, regularly disappeared for up to a week multiple times with no updates or other information. Tina also withdrew my application from consideration for a position without notice or even follow up to me until I specifically requested more information about that particular position. I was hugely disappointed in my experience and would never attempt to work with them again.

It was a horrible experience!!! The company they put me with had a racist girl as the part of the team and had me fired after 3 days because she did not want to train me because I was African American. I thought racism was the thing of the past but they still have racist people in professional places bringing their personal views from home to the work place. I was sooo disappointed with what I had to endear working for Synapse Financial!

Great Staffing Agency, were quick in finding a position that worked for me. Everyone was also really friendly and welcoming, and were knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

After posting my resume and applying through several online job boards, Sarah Kurhajetz, Associate Executive Recruiter with Scion Staffing contacted me during the first week of March 2020, mere days before a regional shelter in place that severely affected the job market. In mid April she contacted me with a contract to hire opportunity with a local non-profit with which Im currently assigned. Sarah has assisted me above and beyond the call of duty as a staffing agent by preparing me for the video interview with their client, personally bringing me the clients work materials and responding to my questions during the first weeks of the assignment. Scion Staffings on boarding process, using Docusign and Dropbox made the human resources process quick, convenient and seamless. I have recommended and will recommend Scion to any peers seeking employment.

Thoroughly unprofessional experience.Rescheduled initial phone interview (they set the time), sent two different invites for the following day each with a different time (didnt respond to my email seeking clarification), and then a different person called back days later at an unscheduled time.Ive already been placed by another agency and worked a week before ever getting on the phone with this company.If you value your time and want to get work, Id look into other agencies.P.s. I called and left a message seeking an explanation/ giving them the benefit of the doubt before leaving a negative review- they never called back.

They are the first agency that I’ve encountered that really cares about you as an individual rather than just a number or a stat. They really listen to what you’re looking for and respect your limitations. The hands-on management style of their small, but amazing team is nothing but top-notch.
