Their operators are HORRIBLE and RUDE!!! I called because my 1yr old is in pain and i because i wanted to speak to his pediatrician. Brittany would not let me speak to the pediatrician on call about my son so I asked 4 the supervisor after 22+ minutes on hold, Dave the supervisor told me he tried calling the on call doctor. Dave said that the call went 2 voicemail so he didnt leave a message and refused to try and contact the on call pediatrician again. I will speak to my pediatrician ASAP due to the lack of regard that these people have for his patients!
