They say the best things come when you least expect it. In this case, meeting the team at Maven was one of the best experience Ive had when working with a recruiting agency. Maven has a strong network of clients ensuring that the employers they put you in front of are well worth your time. Ive worked with both Steffanie and Kate and had a positive experience with each of them individually. I received tips and professional advice at every stage of the process. In one specific role, I felt that Kate genuinely was listening to what I was looking for in a role but also encouraged me to try roles she thought I would thrive in. I would give zero stars if I could. I was placed with a firm who treated me horribly, I was criticized for the way I dressed and called a temp very aggressively on several occasions by a horrible woman. I chose to leave because I felt bullied and disrespected and Maven had chose to take their side and not work with me again regardless of the situation. I would NOT recommend working with them. Tracye @ CareerGroup and Meagan @ Burke & Co are MUCH better recruiters.

Maven Recruiting group was the best ever! My personal recruiter was Amber and she would call me as soon as you she would get updates and not forget about me. Totally was never ignored or neglected. I actually had a great job at Slack referred by her that lasted longer than expected. She would call and check in and if she didnt answer when i called, she got back to me pretty much instantly. The recruiting process was easy but professional and when i needed help with online; Compas; or other questions, their customer service representatives, other recruiters or tech support; whoever it was, would be the most helpful and would be determined and stayed on the line with me until we fixed the issue.I had a great experience with Maven, extreme appreciation for Amber and would totally recommend!
