The proof is in the pudding, the supper visor and this another assistant customer service was horrible, one said i threaten her (Sylvia) & the manager (Gina) did not know how to conduct her business, Im a customer & all i wanted just to have someone served, there was a mistake in there end, they never got the job done because of there mistake, in our Emails it states my information and what i wanted simple simple simple its all in the emails simple in black, I ask for my refund they wont give it to me. they went to 2 locations, i gave them as much info for this guy to get serverd and found, but i specified the one address i was asking for the others were options, if they needed to go there too...right, well they stopped proceeding the service after weeks passed so i called they said they can do nothing else and if i want them to check the other locations they will be extra charge, they never mentioned that in the emails, and they were going to a wrong location all this time, omg! they wasted time so now have to go to the courts thats about 40 min out of my way & pay again, i get ripped of by a customer with a fraud check, and now this company cant even refund me, one assistant i do want to thank is Amanda she read the emails & admitted that there was a mistake in there end, and the last words i told to sylvia your lucky i cant go down to your office and get this handled thats not threat, and to Gina the supervisor you dont sound like you know what your talking about, I would love to talk to the owner of this company and play the recordings of me & the supervisors conversation I got prof, if I dont get my refund im going to put this issue in you tube and let the public tell you and me whos right and wrong
