As a Property Manager I have work with several pest control company, and Dewey is the one company who take their work serious. Ive had one service tech (Mike) for twenty plus year and he never fail me or my residents. Thank you Mile for taking the time to do quality work in a 30 year old Senior building.

I always have Carl coming to me and doing his thing taking care of everything. When his out on my regular service date someone else will come and is just as friendly as he is. Never had an problem with the staff and if ever I needed them to come out again after me regular visit they will come by the next day with no charge to me that is if it was a week or 2 from date Last seen. I would recommend this company there all very friendly and reasonable on price

I hope everyone else will have better luck than I have had today. I called this morning at 10 a.m. and spoke with Pearl. I explained I had an ant invasion in my house and needed service. She took my information and told me she would dispatch it to a service man--Isaac--who would call me. At noon, I heard nothing and called again. Pearl told me that she had e-mailed Isaac and would do it again but if he didnt call by 3, I should call back. I waited until 4:00 p.m.--nothing, not a peep from Isaac or anyone else. I called a third time, at which point Pearl said she would schedule me for service. Sorry, what? What type of customer service is this? And it begs the question: Why wouldnt Pearl schedule me for service in the first place instead of making me wait the entire day? P.S. Just as I was writing this, Isaac called me at exactly 7:22 p.m. Thank you, Isaac but youre a bit late. I took care of the problem but not with your company.

My apartment has mice and we needed to take care of the situation as soon as possible. The reviews of this place looked great, so I gave it a chance. The woman at the office was nice, however, the woman told me that I would receive a call back. After not getting a call back I called again the next day. When I was finally able to speak to the inspector he confirmed he would be able to come the following week. On the day of the inspection the inspector canceled. He did not reschedule and have not heard from him. The company should be doing everything they can to make sure that these issues get resolved. They are time sensitive and this is really unprofessional. Dont use Dewey Pest Control its not worth your time and effort.
This morning, we heard the screeching of a dying rat in our kitchen. After three rounds of pointless phone tag from one Dewey branch to the other and with the recommendation from our own local office (Oakland) to call the fourth, I decided to Taje care of the rat myself and I did. I found out how it died and that it was going into the oven to get the leftover thanksgiving ham that was being reheated. Super gross and clearly a risk at health. Dewey hasn’t followed up with us in months and they can’t even handle one rat. Incompetent, unprofessional, disorganized, lethargic, and unresponsive. So disappointed that I did their job better than they could.

My brother who lives downtown San Francisco just off the 280 had some problems with rats and mice. I told him to call Dewey Pest Control and he call them right away. It is nice to have a big company that can service all of California or at least the more popular spots of California.
Isaac is a prosessional !!He helped my restaurant chain stay open under times of criticism from the health Department . I own seven restraunts in the Bay Area and Isaac from Dewey has helped me resolve my German roach issues at 5 of my restaurants in the last year. He is punctual, reliable and an expert with 10 years of industry experience.
Attention all SF natives, Restaurant Owner, Home owner!!**DO NOT USE DEWEY PEST CONTROL**I signed a contract with Dewey San Francisco office for three visits at $300. The technician come once to my restaurant and never returned. They charged me the full $300. I never saw the technician again!!!However this was not a scheduling error, The technician did not show up for the scheduled appointment nor contact me to reschedule. They took my money and failed to provide an agreed upon service. This is simply not the way to do business.SUCH A SCAM!!!
