Working with Mandy for the past year has been an absolute pleasure! From the start, she was very responsive and we clicked right away. About a year out from the wedding we started meeting on a bi-weekly basis, this planning schedule along with her top notch organization skills led to a seamless planning experience up to the wedding. Mandy took care of everything and kept us schedule and in our budget range. The day of the wedding her associate and Mandy were on site early that day and took care of all aspects of setup and take down, and all the nitty gritty details in between. At the end of the day, she was a dream to work with and my husband and I miss our weekly meeting with Mandy!

Mandy Scott made planning our wedding so much easier than it could have been. She helped provide contacts for vendors, reviewed contracts, pointed out milestones, and asked insightful questions. A technophiles delight, Mandy is all in on Google Sheets which makes coordinating with everyone a breeze. Mandy also struck a wonderful balance of honoring the bride and grooms wishes despite being contracted by the MOB; even when my mother and I couldnt always agree. On the day of the wedding, Mandys team made all of the details happen beautifully. We couldnt be more pleased with her services.

I chose Mandy Scott Events for my San Francisco winter wedding after reading rave reviews online. Throughout the year of wedding planning, Mandy was responsive, organized and knowledgeable.Wedding planning was stressful for me (as I am a little bit of a control freak) and I had a very clear vision of what I wanted. To top it off, I have a large family and cultural traditions that I needed to incorporate. Mandy understood my vision and accommodated every strange/challenging request I had. She made me feel at ease about my anxieties and I felt comfortable relinquishing control to her.Something that did not go unnoticed was how respectful she was of the budget. She always sent vendor options in various price ranges and offered alternatives when my demands ran a little expensive haha. She tracked budget very carefully so I didnt have to worry about that.I also utilized her team for floral arrangements and they were AMAZING. Every floral detail was beyond my expectations and they completed the whole ambiance of the event.What touched me most though, was how amazing she was on the wedding weekend. She made me feel like a guest at my own wedding so I didnt have one thing to worry about. She picked up my dress from the bridal shop, she made sure the wedding license made it to the church, and the timeline of the day was adhered to flawlessly. Alex on her team took care of my older relatives making sure they got to various locations safely, other team members brought various goods I left behind to the wedding venue for me, etc.I was the least stressed bride on my wedding day because of Mandy and her team! My husband and I could not be more grateful for her help and it was truly the most perfect event. 10/10 would recommend Mandy to anyone!

Mandy Scott is a wonderful wedding planner that I would highly recommend to anyone even remotely considering hiring a planner. Mandy also did the flowers at our wedding, which were absolutely STUNNING. Wedding planning can be very stressful, but thanks to Mandy Im certain I didnt feel even 10% of the stress of a bride without her services. Mandy is extremely professional and organized, as well as a genuinely warm person who is enjoyable to spend time with. She is dedicated to her timelines, milestones, and budgets and will gently remind you of important upcoming tasks and payments when need be. Mandy provided quotes at each price point for every vendor so we could make an informed decision on budget. She provided her professional and personal opinions when requested, but without being pushy. As a bit of an overthinker and worrier, it was invaluable to have a wedding planner whose opinion I trusted, not only because of her impeccable taste but also because of her honesty in pointing out certain services and upgrades that were probably unnecessary and not worth spending extra money on.Mandy balanced the wishes of both bride and groom very well, and she exudes an air of relaxed competency that can put even the most stressed bride at ease. During the time between meetings I would get myself worked up with stress over decisions, but after meeting with Mandy I always left feeling perfectly calm and reassured that we were on track. On the day of the wedding, Mandy and her team handled everything perfectly and we were able to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. Our wedding was the first event Mandy had planned at our venue, Villa Montalvo, but it seemed like she had been hosting events there for ages. Our wedding guests cannot stop raving over how beautiful and romantic our wedding was, and that was exactly what we were aiming for with Mandy. She more than paid for herself in special discounts with vendors, too. Were so grateful to Mandy and her team (especially Sabrina) for helping us throw our dream wedding.

As a child, when envisioning her wedding, my wife always knew (second to the groom), the flowers were the most important aspect. She pictured beautiful, bright and bold. After reading through dozens of reviews, we knew Mandy Scott was the one! She was professional, realistic, imaginative, artistic and was able to adapt to our budget. Not only that- she worked efficiently and effectively with our baker, lighting specialist, photographer and wedding coordinator.While our venue boasted a gorgeous outdoor setting, the ballroom was more akin to a boardroom. Mandy Scott was able to gorgeously yet subtly enhance our outdoor setting with gorgeous flowers, greenery and drapes. More amazingly she was was able to adorn our ballroom in a way that transformed it beyond expectation. My wife and I were thrilled with her work and strongly recommend her to other customers.

Jaw-dropping flowers by Mandy herself, extraordinary catering by All Seasons, breathtaking location at Outdoor Art Club, plus expertly herding family members into roles as ring bearers, attendants, and officiants, all this seamlessly and serenely produced by Mandy Scott. Mandy is a top-drawer events planner and a whole lot of fun to work with. I would hire her again in a New York minute.

Seriously, where to even begin! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mandy and Sabrina for our wedding this past weekend and cannot speak more highly of each of them. If we could give Unlimited Stars, we would. From the first conversation we had as an introduction to the very last dance of our wedding, everything was perfect - thanks to Mandy. Mandy recently helped my wife and I plan our dream wedding, and she was an absolute delight to work with. There arent enough superlatives to describe how amazing Mandy and Savannah are. Our wedding was perfect in every sense of the word because of them. Mandy was our florist and Savannah was our planner. Our flowers turned out absolutely beautiful...all I told Mandy was the colors I wanted, and her arrangements were stunning and exactly what I had envisioned.Savannah is an angel on earth. I dont even want to think about the amount of work she was doing behind the scenes. She saw to every detail to perfection, coordinated the timeline seamlessly, and made sure that every person and vendor was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be. On the day before the wedding, I even commented to my mom, I feel like I should be stressed out, but Im not because Savannahs done everything!Because of Mandy and Savannah, I was able to be in the moment and enjoy every second of my wedding. Truly, they are unbelievable!

I am so pleased with Mandy Scott Events for my 7/30 wedding. I hired them within one month of getting engaged and was instantly relieved. Having worked with Mandy/Lisa/Savannah and the rest of the team for close to a year, I can say with great confidence that they really are experienced in wedding planning. They helped me select a venue, photographer, lighting company, an amazing band, string quartet, dance lessons, you name it! As far as vendor management goes, they were top notch and I hardly got involved. They also provided a lot of out-of-the-box ideas for wedding favors. Truly they go above and beyond when/where you need them. My wedding guests had a great time and even complimented how smoothly the day went considering it was a big affair with a lot of moving parts. The companys relationship and excellent standing with their partners really showed; there were a lot of times when I felt I was getting a royal treatment from name-dropping Mandy! I had a great time working with her and the team - Mandy did a great job managing my overall planning timeline, sending reminders when needed but also not stressing on items that didnt have criticality at that exact time. Wow, where do I begin? Firstly, I wish I could give 10,000 stars!! Mandy coordinated the most gorgeous wedding for me and my husband. She really went above and beyond! She created the most beautiful flower wall. When walking into our reception, my husband and I were stunned and amazed at how gorgeously everything came together. My dream for our wedding totally came to fruition. She is also such a pleasure to work with, as meetings with her and my mom almost always ended in laughter. We chose Mandy to be our wedding planner in August 2016 for our San Francisco wedding weekend at the end of April 2017. Mandy and her team helped us pick our venues and planned our Friday night welcome party, Saturday wedding and post wedding Sunday picnic, in addition to providing all of our flowers. Now that our wedding has come and gone, we couldnt imagine working with any one else. Mandy and Savannah kept us organized, but allowed us to think outside the box and plan a wedding that was totally customized to our needs and wants. Her deep knowledge of the wedding industry was apparent and incredible helpful along the way as we had to negotiate with vendors. Every detail, including the flowers, were noticed and appreciated by us, our families and our guests and we couldnt be happier with how everything turned out!

I hired Savannah from Mandy Scott Events to coordinate my wedding on the recommendation of a coworker. Despite contracting her for month-of coordination, Savannah was highly responsive and extremely helpful from the second that we started working together. I cant overstate the importance of having a competent and helpful coordinator for the weeks leading up to the wedding and of course on the day itself. Savannah stayed until the bitter end of our dance party to make sure that everything ran smoothly and see that everyone was paid and all our stuff was returned. We couldnt have had such a stress-free day without her!

We cant recommend Mandy and her team enough! From the moment we met her, we knew she was the right person to help us plan our dream wedding. She has the amazing ability to listen to your thoughts and ideas and turn them into a reality.We started working with Mandy almost a year before our wedding, and she helped keep us on track the whole way. Her organization and frequent in-person touch points took all of the stress away from the planning. She has impeccable taste, and each vendor she recommended was first class. I cant tell you how many compliments we received on everything, from the bouquets and room decor to the photography and video team.The day of the wedding was also seamless, which was no small feat given that we were moving between two venues for the ceremony (UC Berkeley Botanical Gardens) and the reception (Claremont Hotel). Everything ran like clockwork and we were able to enjoy our wedding without giving anything else a second thought!Thank you Mandy!!!

Mandy was wonderful to work with and she is amazingly talented wedding planner! I got very positive feedback from all the vendors in my wedding that worked with her and her own network of vendors really helped me fulfil my wedding dreams. She was always on top of things and even two to three steps ahead of me. I felt completely comfortable leaving her in charge not only leading up to the wedding but on the day of. I feel like she left no detail out and made everything look seamless. She offers both wedding planning services and floral arrangements, which enabled her to really fulfill my vision. Overall I feel like I could not have chosen a better wedding planner for my day and I’m so happy with the services she provided. I would highly recommend Mandy for any event as she is fantastic to work with!

Mandy is the only reason I remained stress free throughout the entire wedding planning process all the way up until my after party.Whenever someone asks me for advice, the first thing I tell them is - You MUST hire a wedding planner. I assume I am like most people in the sense that I had no idea what actually happens during a wedding beyond what is portrayed in movies. Mandy was amazing at explaining everything and all our options to us. She was never judgemental and was there to just give us great advice.We were upfront about our budget and our final bill was exactly as expected. For example, I found some flower arrangements I liked on Pinterest but didnt have 100k to spend on, Mandy would suggest budget friendly arrangements with maximum impact.Oh yes - Mandy also owns a floral company! She quietly refused to get quotations from other floral companies to show us because she is a little on the expensive side, however, she adjusted her quotation to better fit our needs. To refrain from any bad feelings, we decided to go with her anyways and the flowers came out AMAZING. We essentially slashed it by 2k and everything was still super pretty and the room did not look empty.Super highly recommend.

Hiring Mandy as our month of coordinator was the best decision we made.After our first conversation, Mandy laid out her services and the costs for each. This was great to have so we could pick and choose what we needed. Her clear communication and no-nonsense approach was exactly what we were looking for.She looked out for our best interests when coordinating with vendors, and our venue. Her knowledge and experience was invaluable.We had hired her for month-of coordinating but she was willing to give us advice and guidance at any moment.On our wedding day, she was kind, patient and professional. Our day went by without a hitch and followed close to her meticulous and thoughtful timeline. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about her and her assistant.She also went above and beyond the call of duty. She postponed a planned trip to the UK to attend our tasting. She purchased and carted about 50 Ikea blankets for us from Emeryville to Carmel Valley. She even offered to babysit my 3 year old niece during our rehearsal dinner due to an issue with a reservation. My niece was able to attend the dinner after all but the offer spoke to her dedication and commitment.Do yourself a favor and hire Mandy Scott. You will not regret having the peace of mind that comes with having her as your coordinator.

Mandy did a wonderful job on my daughters wedding from start to finish. She coordinated and communicated (my daughter was in Australia with the wedding in Tiburon CA) very well with all the major players involved in the wedding. Nothing was missed. From the site, to the caterer, to the hair/makeup, to flowers, photographer, music DJ and transportation to and from the venue, Mandy was terrific and extremely well organized. There were no worries. Mandy Scott and her team were absolutely the best choice I made in pulling of a one of a kind day. From day one the combination of creative vision, detailed planning and execution was above and beyond. I cannot say enough amazing things about Mandy! She came on board the month prior to our wedding and really helped me button up the things that can only be done in the last month (signs, seating charts and table names etc.). She was awesome! She helped coordinate with the printer, the hair/makeup people and kept track of us the whole day! She became the point person for any and all vendors and she already knew most of them as she is part of the SF Wedding community. She also helped me with things I would have never thought of in terms of planning an event. At the end of the night, she had packed up all my stuff and my familys stuff, which was amazing as my family was not worried about anything except having fun! Mandy Scott is magical. Our daughter and son-in-laws wedding turned out to be everything we envisioned and more, and this was due in a large part to Mandy. From the vendors she put us in touch with, to the beautiful flowers, to her ability to make things happen in a calm, orderly way on the wedding day, not to mention her attention to detail and knowledge of what makes a wedding special - everything was better than we ever imagined. We loved working with Mandy! She helped us out with month-of planning and made the process so much easier. Our wedding was at the Presidio, and her experience with the venue and staff was invaluable (she knew exactly who to call when we were locked out of the building the day of!) We appreciated her guidance on timelines and deadlines. This made the whole wedding weekend stress free for us—amazing! The easiest wedding decision my fiance and I made was hiring Mandy. We researched several other event planners but only met with her. We stumbled upon her lovely assistant, Lisa at a Presido event, and both seemed to be in sync with what we envisioned for our big day. Shes a no-nonsense, tell it like it is type. Her price was very reasonable and well worth every penny. Her knowledge of local vendors was spot-on. As with many other brides-to-be, Im sure, my time was already stretched thin working a regular job and trying to plan my wedding. For each vendor and choice, Mandy would ask us a few questions and then had the exact vendor to recommend. She would provide us with about 3, and they were always the cream of the crop. She was excellent at discerning our tastes and picking just the right person for us and our vision for our wedding. She kept us on budget and on-time. She even put up with my particularly lengthy decision process! Our big day was beautiful and went off without a hitch. Im not kidding, not one thing went awry. In fact, by the time it came to dinner we were actually a head of schedule! How many people say that?! She and her team ran everything behind the scenes without being noticed. My new husband and I were able to actually enjoy our day without a care in the world. It was perfect! As an added compliment, a couple of our guests are corporate event planners and they were in awe of how smoothly the entire day went and how everything looked. Mandy expertly guided us in creating such a beautiful space at our reception venue that our guests felt like there were new areas for them to experience all evening. We have received nothing but rave reviews of the entire event. Choosing Mandy will be the easiest decision you make in the course of planning your wedding. You wont regret it!

Mandy and Savannah were wonderful partners in the planning and execution of my wife and Is San Francisco wedding in Fall 2017. They helped us locate a great venue that met our requirements and also fit within our budget. Then during a relatively short 3 month preparation period we had regular weekly (and sometimes daily) interaction with Savannah leading up to our wedding day. She provided a variety of quality vendor options for us to choose from while at the same time respecting our global budget for the event. Savannahs positive attitude and flexibility are strengths in guiding a couple through the often very stressful process of creating a wedding experience from beginning to end. Mandy and her team came to us highly recommended by a co-worker, and my wife and I are very thankful that we came across this experienced event planning team. We learned that a quality wedding planner is essential both to the success of a wedding, and also the enjoyment of the actual event for the bridge and groom. Attempting to plan on your own, or with someone that is either inexperienced or not able to fully understand your vision for your event is not recommended, regardless of the perceived cost savings. We are very proud of our wedding event and received many compliments from our guests. We couldnt have done it without the hard work of Mandy and Savannah!

Mandy Scott was my wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding in San Francisco, October, 2018. I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about Mandy. I live out of state so I definitely needed someone I could trust, count on, and make recommendations. Mandy did all of that and more! She not only was extremely organized and gave me and my daughter monthly tasks, but she was there for me in soooo many ways. Mandy is just an incredible person. She truly listens and understands how stressful is it to plan a wedding and knows just what to say. I found Mandy Scott Events when planning the youngest of our 3 daughters’ wedding. I’d led the planning of my older 2 daughters and hired “day of” coordinators for both so I knew I wanted help. I had the great fortune to connect with the amazing Lisa Tomasi who worked as our planner in the months leading up to the wedding. Lisa is absolutely everything one could hope for in a wedding planner – proactive, creative, patient, and a great communicator. She organized all vendors and helped us coordinate some fairly complicated reception surprises for the bride & groom (think flash mob and lip-sync). On the day of the wedding, Lisa and Mandy were the amazing team that coordinated everyone and everything in the most graceful and subtle way imaginable. Mandy and her staff exhibit a passion for the client, attention to detail and all out commitment to executing the most memorable event possible that is second to none. BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! As a bride you do all that you can in the planning process and then hope for the best. With Mandy you dont have to hope, because you are being taken care of from the beginning. Working with Mandy was not only an amazing experience but she really went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best day of our lives....and it was. She is the best I have ever seen. I have been working in the wedding industry for over 15 years and I have had the opportunity to work with quite a few wedding planners. Mandy and her team exceeded our exceptions in every way.My fiancé and I were married Saturday November 19th at Old Saint Hilarys chapel in Tiburon. We had no idea how to even begin planning a wedding. Without Mandy we could not have had the wedding we had, her skills and ability to cope with much of the planning being remote from home (I live in England). Were invaluable and Technology lent a hand with Face time and PM. Mandy helped with Vendors and helped to negotiate better rates than we had managed without her. (I learned the hard way that I needed a professional to help) Mandy and her many helpers were there for every detail and made our dream wedding come true. The biggest thing I learned about planning my wedding “Don’t do this on your own!”.

Let me start by saying that our wedding was absolutely spectacular! Everything went according to plan and was beautifully orchestrated and executed – all because we chose Mandy Scott and her team. I’ve worked with Mandy to host a few small events before and have always trusted her taste in décor and flowers. But this was the first time I fully appreciated her expertise in organizing large, multi-faceted events. Not only did she ask in-depth questions about what kind of event my fiancé Greg and I envisioned, but she took the time to get to know our style and personality as a couple. As a result, every vendor she recommended to us (invitations, music/band, cake, room décor, photographer, hair/makeup, etc.) were spot-on and exactly what we wanted. In addition, she managed the nitpicky logistics well, such as reminding us when vendor deposits were due or when to schedule a tasting. What’s more, Mandy’s inherent knowledge of the proper wedding and social etiquette helped assure us that everything from our invitation wording to how we were introduced as husband and wife at the reception reflected well on us.Perhaps the best part of having Mandy organize everything is we didn’t have to worry about anything. Her savvy wedding business acumen and experience served as a steady beacon in the throes of planning. As a result we didn’t fret about deadlines or details – we just enjoyed the entire planning process. And on the day of the wedding we simply showed up and Mandy and her team (Savannah Cherry for events and Rhonda Stoffel for flowers) took care of coordinating everything else. Most people I know had some kind of issue on their wedding day or weren’t happy with their planner. If you want to enjoy a worry-free beautiful wedding, book Mandy and her team.
