Where do I begin with this nightmare? I read the positive reviews and hired Jason to file an amended complaint. I talked to him on the phone and the guy seems extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt confidant and I paid him on Venmo waiting for him to send my the revisions... and he missed a major MAJOR deadline... all the while promising me over and over I am sending it to you today.... Then he said it wasnt a big deal that he missed the deadline... (which at this point I am praying he is right) BUT he has promised again and again that he is done and just needs to email me the documents to sign as soon as he gets into his office--- yet he never does. That was weeks ago... now he wont return my calls, texts or emails.... Neither will anyone else at their phone number. The damage this guy is causing my family may be beyond words if we miss our filings. The sad part is IF he is as good as he sounds - he would probably be amazing... but he lacks follow thru to the point that he is negligible.

Some of the best people Ive had the pleasure to work with! They go above & beyond. They are highly accessible via phone and email. The entire office is extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel supported and like someone is in your corner, helping you advocate for yourself confidently. I would highly recommend Preferred Paralegals in any business related matter.

These guys are the REAL DEAL! I had a legal issue that needed to be resolved. Each law firm I contacted quoted me fees in the thousands. Finally Preferred Paralegals was recommended by a neighbor who said they are the best in the bay area. I contacted them and explained my issue. In response, they told me that I didn’t need a paralegal or attorney, I just needed a simple two page judicial council form that was publicly accessible. They printed the form, had me fill it out, and gave me directions to the local courthouse. And just that easy, my legal problems were fixed. I couldn’t believe it. When I later called and asked how much I owed, the owner told me he would not charge me because his staff never actually worked on my case and that I had done all the work myself. He asked me to pay it forward. Oh my God! 5 stars!

This company deserves more than 5 stars! They helped us get through the apathetic and inefficient courts. When roadblocks were thrown up by the court and attorneys on the other side, they were there to help us get through. I had a nightmare with this company. I asked Jason to help me write a legal letter. I never received a second revision letter. The first draft took two months after much hounding on my part. He lost my notes and told me that it was sent through the US mail. What a joke . Never use this company. My notes were sent back to me with a second letter as of 2/22/16.

I asked him to please not use my business name and address without my permission, but he has ignored my requests. He is not affiliated with Preferred Reporters in any way. Although he still lists my business address on his website, which he is not paying for
