Let me start by saying that Regus on Broadway is a modern, well furnished, and beautiful space. So why one star?Well to start with, they charge you for everything! They will charge you for using the mgt room when its empty, for using the projector, for leaving a cup on your desk overnight and pretty much everything you can think about.Through the last months, they became even worse. They stopped serving fresh coffee and you only have access to this coffee machine that you cant actually call coffee. No snack and very few silverware. If you come at 12:30pm to get a fork, forget about it you wont find any.Also on a 8 month basis, I think they only cleaned the desk 2 or 3 times when we requested it!Conclusion: Go find yourself a less greedy and a more people oriented office and youd probably get it for a cheaper price as well.
