They are really pushing people to make reservations, which is great to keep it from feeling crowded. The only downside is if you have a last minute need, you might have to go somewhere else. This is the only place I will go for gel nail color because they come out looking perfect every time!

Hard to find, but nice ladies and fast! Good gel manicure/pretty pedi...but nothing fancy. If you are looking for a massage at all, this isn’t your place. I love a good foot/leg massage, but I needed a really good job completed in an hour, and I was out the door on time with what I came for! Left a big tip for that.

This hardworking ladies are simply Amazing! I have been helped by several people here and never been disappointed.They are very accommodating I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Best kept secret for pedicures in downtown San Francisco! Its tucked in on the 3rd floor of a business building literally next door to Bloomingdales. You must sign in at the front desk before heading to the 3rd floor. While the place itself is nothing fancy, its clean, convenient, and good quality. The prices cant be beat and the ladies are very kind and professional.

Terrible full leg wax. She missed huge splotches of my leg hair. The wax is terrible quality and hurts more than any other that I’ve had (it is a wax that is in a plastic roll on apparatus. And worst of all she was applying the wax the opposite direction of my hair growth and pulling it off in the same direction of my hair growth (which is the polar opposite of what you need to do in order to pull hair out of the root). Save your money and go somewhere else where you will pay $10 more and get a better service that will actually prevent future hair growth instead of quicken it.

Clean & quiet. Best to arrive before noon, there was a small rush just after 12. As others mentioned its not the fanciest but I was very happy with my mani & pedi.

In less than six hours after my gel manicure, my nails are peeling, bending and breaking. I had beautiful, strong nails with lots of length prior to going to this place. Now they are misshapen and filed down to the quick because they are so damaged.

This place is a bit out of the way, and not the fanciest, but they did the loveliest gel mani/pedi for me. I could tell they were perfectionists!
