A customer service performed a screaming match with my brother who was trying to pick-up the money I sent him. He has the MTCN and his ID but apparently they need to ask him about the name of the sender. He provided them my name but the representative said that it does not match and she cannot release the funds. I called customer service at western union and they explained to me that they set up my account on a spanish setting, First Name, Last Name, Middle Name. The fact that my brother gave her my name and last name, she should know that. My brother even reasoned out that he has been going to that same place and he did not have that issue just providing the MTCN and his ID. The woman said (NORA) who helped you because I will report that person for not following the rules. These kind of employees are not the type to stand and represent any company. I would say, incompetent, RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!
