From founder Marie-Christine Kollock to her son Cyril Kollock, and agents Robert Bala and Ellisa Worley, the support they give my teen daughter couldnt be better. Its certainly given her confidence in the world.My daughter was 14 when she walked into Looks office with a Costco envelope of 8x10s, and met with (or was seen by) Mme. Kollock and New Faces agent Ingrid. Since then shes had amazing jobs with top tech companies in Silicon Valley, & tech retailers; which were the best first jobs a high schooler could ask for! She absolutely loves it, and its opened her horizons for her future.The crew at Look are quick and responsive, and we have also witnessed the extra care & support they give to the people they employ .... which may be why they run a better, smaller ship.Obvious to us- what you get from this experience depends on what you put into it..... definitely make your own adventure.
