Best MMA gym

Very good place to train at any skill level, from basic level fitness all the way to wanting to become a world class athlete. This facility has fitness professionals as well as MMA fighters under one roof, I would highly recommend this World Class training facility to anyone who wants to learn about fitness or Martial Arts in general.

Dragon House has the best Kickboxing and Sparring techniques, you can use on the street if needed...

Ive been coming here for the last 9 years and I live in Pittsburg, CA there is no Martial arts school like it. Zhong Lou our Sifu is the best teacher and coach there is.

Bad if you can not continue training, or do not want to go and they charge $ 1,600 for cancellation, and that does not count at any time
