HEADS UP, Did your great doctor send you here? Why?Radnet wants reviews so here it goes: This place is filthy. The furniture is torn, peeling and sporadic with not enough space for patients. The people are fine but not enough to change my mind. There are two changing rooms see pics, several non-working lockers for all patients to share. I did not see one person cleaning the hour I was there. I was handed two robes, told I only needed one (sure if I dont mind my but hanging out) and no socks. The floors are filthy and they do not offer socks, so everyone is walking barefoot on these floors. I asked for a metal-free mask for my MRI, and they said OK, the first time, I asked again and I was told you wont need it. I walked barefoot to the x-ray room after my MRI and asked for a lead shield that was nearby and was told you dont need it, we are only doing your hips and knees. The people and techs were fine, but I will not go there ever again. I wanted to go straight home and take a shower, and did. I pay the same price whether I go here or Marin health, see last picture, so it cant be only money.

In this crazy time of germ phobias and rampant, contagious viruses, priorities shift. It used to be that the appearance of the waiting room, or the friendliness of the technician was what mattered. Nowadays, its overall cleanliness that is most important. That said, this MRI facility is in a decrepit building, but yes, I felt like it was very sanitary there. I felt safe from any germs. Also, the parking and access to this California St. location is easy. I am on crutches, so I appreciated the relatively easy access. Front desk lady was personable and helpful.

Hard to make the appointment through the phone. To call multiple times on different days and waited 20 minutes each call to get hanged up.Besides that, everything else was smooth heading in to the appointment, short wait, get in and get out.

Very efficient. Paper work was done on line prior to arrival. Showed up and appointment started right on time. Was out within 15 minutes. Very nice people. A bit hard to get through to schedule the appointment but overall extremely good.

Very nice staff. From start to finish. Had MRI, 1st time. Was a little afraid at 1st but as soon as I said ok wait, she stopped the machine and I got myself together before we actually started. Highly recommend this place. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Tl;dr - came in for a walk-In at lunch, was told there was an hour and a half wait. Couldn’t stay for that long and was told that the last walk ins were accepted until 4:30. Came I. At 4:28, was told they weren’t accepting walk-ins ‘due to the high volume of walk-ins’ today. The machines must have gotten physically tired or something. This is great for my appointment tomorrow morning.After enduring a torn meniscus for the past week, I was told to come here for X-rays before a medical appointment tomorrow morning. I’m walking around in a brace and crutch.I walked in at lunch for a walk in X-ray and was told there was a 1.5 hour wait. I couldn’t wait due to needing to watch my child and the person at the desk told me that they took walk ins up until 4:30.I showed up at 4:28 when I could get my child watched and was then told that the office was done taking walk-ins.Worst service. The American healthcare system strikes again.

The ear plugs didn’t work. The noise headphones were not good. How about providing noise cancelling headphones or advise to bring your own? I’ve heard some places even provide music in the headphones.The two employees weren’t very friendly. Not rude but definitely not warm.

I needed X-rays done & this place is ideal.No large groups of people, they even take walk-ins like me. You also get a Compact Disk of your X-rays to show to your doctor. 5 stars to the friendly staff & X-ray technicians.

The office staff was very professional and friendly, dispute dealing with a patient being aggressive. My appointment was within 10 minutes of scheduled time and technician was very pleasant as well. Upon leaving receptionist thanked for being patient when she was dealing with situation I mentioned above.Would definitely recommend.

Melissa, the manager, was very helpful in fixing a problem created by my doctor’s office. After the doctor’s office messed up my order, she got it fixed so I didn’t have to come back another time. She was so patient and understanding. The tech who worked on me was also great, very sweet and kind.

Everyone I was in contact with was extremely helpful and kind. I came in with multiple fractures and needed more X-rays and was in a lot of pain. They were very kind in working with me to get the images I needed and even called the hospital to make sure my other scans were available for me to pick up.

Was highly recommended to get my imaging done here from my ortho doctor. Their process were very low on compare to many other places. Their ability to get insurance approvals done quickly are amazing! I was told that there is rarely ever a time that insurance companies reject.When I arrived, I was able to get in quickly. They were very accommodating. The parking was free and easy.**The only complaint I have is, that the first person I spoke to about scheduling, was very hard to understand.A misunderstanding about how they do their appointments was my other hiccup. I waited over a week, thinking that they were supposed to call me to schedule the appointment after they got the referral and insurance approval. Found out that you call them and set up the appointment, and theyll get the insurance approval quickly.

Upon my entry I was greeted. The office, due to walk-in services was full with social distance seating, I was kindly invited outside to await space for seating. However, within moments space cleared. I was given my paperwork with assurance I’d be called shortly as rooms cleared. The customer focus for patients is key with kind consideration that stood out for me. This eases pain or anxiety which at times patients are going through while waiting for an exam to reveal the unknown. During my exam the tech was professional and kind, guiding me along the way. I received my CD copy within moments after to exam with a smile. I appreciate the gentle care given at RadNet Medical Imaging.

Super Friendly staff. I understand why they don’t have appt for X-rays, but People came and waited and where told they couldn’t be seen (staff on break, end of day closing) they could offer more guidance on how to avoid this, and some preference if some has to come back again. That would help.

2 1/2 hour wait when they told me it would be an hour. Got dressed into my “gown” and then has to walk though a hallway where construction was happening- it was. Wet uncomfortable. The technician was great, I will say that- only reason for two stars. Then as I was leaving someone stopped me in the hallway with my chart to ask me when my last period was. Not very private. The entire experience felt uneasy.

RadNet’s team showed utmost professionalism and care throughout my visit. They were transparent about wait times, spoke clearly and politely, and went out of their way to ensure the patient experience was as comfortable as possible. The radiology technician I saw had a great sense of humor and made taking awkward x-rays far less uncomfortable than I expected. The facility was clean and set up for safe social distancing at all times, too.

First off, the front office ladies were very kind and promptly checked me in. I came in to get an X-ray done, they open at 8 and I showed up at 755. I was told it would be about a 15 minute wait. I left without an X-ray 1hr 30min later after being told it would be another 40 minute wait. The issue is that you cannot schedule an X-ray visit, it’s first come first serve, but not actually. They only let X-ray patients in if they can squeeze you in between other types of appointments.So, once again the front office ladies were very kind, but whoever has the ability to make a process change should do so so patients can stop wasting time sitting in a waiting room. Don’t come here for an X-ray unless you enjoy waiting in waiting rooms for long unknown lengths of time.

This is a lovely place to have your medical imaging done. They are a million times better than the crooks that run “SimonMed” in Daly City or anywhere actually according to their reviews. They schedule you accurately and they try to give you an accurate price estimate of the cost of services. The reception area is clean and the greeting was sincere and they gave me information and promptly processed my paperwork. Whatever you do …. DO NOT go to SimonMed!! They are the worst liars in the Bay Area.

I received a scan today, and I was really amazed at how smooth and efficient the whole process was! It was very quick and very easy, and I was in and out in a half hour, which left me plenty of time to get to my next appointment across town.the only silly thing I can say are the hospital gowns you have to wear, I dont think anybody likes those hospital gowns that you have to tie in the back somehow.HaHa!... Helpful and courteous staff also.

I would give this place five stars except that it is very run down and the chairs in the waiting room were worn out and when I used the restroom the trash had not been emptied and the gowns the previous day were still overflowing in the corner. My appointment was 8 AM on a Sunday so maybe there

The technicians and front desk run a tight ship, are friendly, and do their best. However, the first come first serve model where anyone requiring an X Ray needs to put in a name in and wait is outdated and archaic. I waited 2 hours to have 3 pictures taken - there are people who have families and jobs and this is frankly unacceptable. A new system should be implemented.

One of the worst services I’ve ever received. Spent 4 hours waiting around to get a five minute foot X-ray. The technician was super nice and the administration kind and helpful, this is not a critique of them. Instead of hiring someone to do X-rays twice a week, they refuse to schedule appointment for X-rays try to squeeze you in between mri patients, therefore making patients needing X-ray to either wait a ridiculous amount of time or turn patients away because they’re too many people waiting. A testament to a broken healthcare system where profit is king.

I did not write down the correct address of RadNet and the morning of my appointment, could not find the facility. Just as I pulled over to call RadNet, my phone rang. Kenya was calling to inquire about my whereabouts! She gave me the correct address (a mere few blocks from my home!), checked with the technician to see if they could accommodate my late arrival, and bid me safe travels.When I arrived, Kenya was so kind and understanding. She got me processed and in quickly. Josie, the technician, was equally warm and welcoming.What might have been an ordeal turned out to be a lovely experience- all due to the excellent customer service and compassionate care provided by Kenya and Josie.I’m deeply appreciative!

The wait lines here are and have always been terrible. People are waiting for hours for an x-ray. You can’t schedule appts unless you’re getting an MRI. I had an appt for one and still had to wait 20 min to get my X-ray done.The staff is nice and very professional. Facility needs better logistics.

I’ve had to visit Radnet quite a few times over the last five years for several MRIs and X-rays. My experience has always been positive. The front desk staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. The X-Ray techs and those who perform MRIs are always friendly and helpful, and expedite the process as much as they can. The reports I’ve received are very thorough, but straight forward enough for even me to understand. They will also download a CD of your images at the end of the appointment and there’s a patient portal for your reports and records.

I had decent experience though it could be better. It was nice that they open on Sunday. Street parking was free is a plus! My appointment was very early, so I was seen on time. Check-in was quick. The back looked shabby. I think they are in the process of remodeling. The tech that worked with me didnt introduce himself or told me what to expect and how long like the tech I had at St.Marys. He just told me the direction of putting on a gown and lead me to a room w/ a broken lock. Then, he left. He didnt tell me what to do after I put on my gown. He wasnt unfriendly just need to work on his bed side manners. I work in healthcare too, so communication to your patients are very important! Otherwise, the whole appointment went smoothly.

I just had my MRI this past Saturday afternoon. I suffer from claustrophobia so I my doctor was able to give me valium to ease my nerves . Ryan the technician was very understanding and talked to me through the entire MRI. He made it tolerable to get through.

Only one negative comment the waiting was too long… I was told that you didn’t need an appointment when I saw people coming in with appointments. My waiting was of a total of 3 hours..in at 10am and out at 1pm.
