I love this place. Always clean, the driers are hot ($.75 or $1 to dry a full load), open until 10:30pm, and the ladies there are always nice.

Every since the new owners took over they have no clue. So the previous owner used to handle refunds a little differently. I contacted the new owners about a refund. The wife told me to submit proof that, the machine allowed me to feed $2 but would allow me to feed the remaining $1.75. So, as I do I submit proof (pics) with explanation no response. The next day I call to follow up, I know $2 is a lot to some. However on thus day it meant a lot to me because I wasnt able to dry all my clothing, because all the money I had was just for washing.Conclusion the husband calls me back later on that day and has the nerves to try to scold me, that the machine #29 was working perfectly after I left. I let him know once again that the spring or something that accepts the coins is janky. He gone have the nerves to tell me well this time we can give you the money back, but need my name and address, oh and do use a favor dont ever use that machine again Now this is where I had to correct him if the machine is broke it needs to be repaired and a (Out of Order) sign, why put somebody else through the drama. I replied you guys keep the $2, since you need every penny, but its OK to rob me. Ill just continue to share my store with the world.Its sad because I cross 3 districts to wash my clothes. Because when the previous owner was running the business, the only problem was setting the water temp to cold and getting hot. I wish them well these new ones but they will loose service if they continue to treat there patrons with lack of respect.

Bright & clean place, just hope people come here to use the washer will not leave garbage on the floor instead use three garbage can I can see
