There is currently someone without a mask who appears homeless hanging around inside here. She took all of my clothes out of the dryer and put them in a plastic bag. I asked her why she did that and she said she needed a dryer, but there were multiple available. I told her not to touch my stuff, and she told me not to speak that way to someone who works here. I asked her if she worked there and she wouldn’t answer. She’s probably on drugs or psychotic, but whatever the case, there should be an attendant here. The change machines also never work and it’s always filthy. I’m definitely never coming back here.

Great Laundromat!!!Machines work well & really do wash in warm water, if selected.Dryers arent overpriced & I have not had any clothes burned from dryer.Great prices & rarely overcrowded.They clean a couple times a day.Definitely worth a try🤗

Machine doesnt work no staff on site to help or give me my refund phone number is not the right number.theres no information about contacting the owners.clean for now but wont be long before druggies are passed out on the floor charging their phones.smh please respond with a solution for my inconvenience if youre the person in charge and value a possible return customer???😞😞😞no water in my washing machine 😠😤🤔

Super clean, the machines are all brand new, and they even have wall chargers and wifi. Machines were pretty inexpensive too and the dryers work fast!

Unsupervised washers dont fill up with water after a overpriced single load 3.75 didnt even wash my clothes.no bodys here to help what kinda establishment is this.wont be long before people laid out overdosed on the floor setting up camp. Smh whoever the owner is please respond with a solution for my refund Ill post pictures next.???😃😞😞😞😞

Great attitude and great story in mission local about this great local business. They’re always friendly and available and clean.

Nice clean place to do your laundry. The machines are well maintained, management is easy to deal with.

Although the machines work well enough and theres helpful amenities like a wash basin, extra large washers and multiple folding tables - its unsupervised, which unfortunately means anyone and everyone comes in to hang out/ loiter around.I never felt safe here and was often approached and awkwardly had to somehow watch my clothes and try to avoid being confronted by the random people who weaved in and out. Its a shame its not safer here, because otherwise its a nice enough Laundromat.

Clean, reasonable, but the dryers are possibly the absolute WORST in SF.

Can it get any cleaner then this? Only if I can leave with a pair of shoes and not just one next time.

Takes money on bunch of machines and doesnt count and or give the money back. Also the prices are lies, bait and switch going on, shows price of regular wash, when you press hot water and heavy duty it asked for more than it initially did. Also smells like things are rotting or moldy.Dont go here if you can help it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.OBSOLETE MACHINES.DO NOT SERVE HOT WATER.THE MANAGER DOES NOT CARE IF THE MACHINES ARE WORKING.THE WHOLE PLACE IS DIRTYThese places should be closed, closed or fined.It is very desperate that you go in and do not have any sign that says which machine does not work.I feel robbed, cheated and mocked.The owner, owner or administrator of this business should already be thinking. Better to go and rob the people we are going to wash elsewhere the least we hope is that they steal our money 💰 the pandemic is no excuse for these places to remain open .Do you think Im going to know which machine works or not?I dont know if the machine is going to work until I checked that the hot water was not working.It is frustrating and annoying that no one solves this unfortunate situation for me.The fact that he does not return here does not mean that things stay like this
