The Honeymoon didnt last long.first - they dont do their own work they subcontract it. We found this out while trying to figured out how did we ended up with the same people we had just fired?Same people, same issues just different name. Eden has great customer service support, their platform is simple and easy to use but, the quality issues remained the same, so we decided to move on with another company. We are done with subcontractors! We are not against subbing jobs, the issue in this case (info shared voluntarily by their sub) its that Eden takes between 20-30% on a recurring basis... We rather pay that same percentage the cleaners, after all, they are small business often comprised of husband and wife teams.We are paying the same monthly rate that we were paying to Eden, but the new people are happier and motivated. And thats easy to see; they do a far superior job, take their time to make sure everything is done right and we appreciate it.

Last night at precisely 11 PM, I received a phone call from my son’s college. He and his roommates, all accounting majors of course, had unfortunately decided to adopt a LIZARD from the local pet store and build him a habitat in the communal stall in the shower. Their reasoning was that they would use the last stall on the left, the stall that only the CREEPS uses, and that no one would ever see or visit that stall. Foolishly, they day they moved in their LIZARD was ALSO the day of monthly bathroom inspection. Their dorm and college has a strict no-pet’s policy and upon finding their new LIZARD, all of the to-be accountants were kicked out of the dorm and forced to live off campus. Normally I would have driven the 11 hours in a heartbeat and help them move out, but I am out of town on holiday and had to bite the bullet and hire a moving company. Fortunately for both my son, myself, and the other accountants, we came across an online advertisement for Eden’s Moving. Within 30 minutes of phoning Eden’s up, their (studious) squad was on the move and helping them pack up and clean up. Before the dorm could file an official notice of departure, my son and his fellow accountants were well on the way to their off-campus house. THANK YOU EDEN! I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH.
