My business phone is not working and comcast scheduled a technician and the technician who came is not at all professional and he is just saying the device is not working and I need to change it myself. If I need to change it myself and didnot provide details how to do it.I dont know what comcast technicians think, whether they think that we (customers) should learn all how to change the device and connect.Poor service and they charging high prices for the poor service they are providing

!NO STAR OR WORSE IF I COULD GIVE! COMCAST BUSINESS IS A JOKE!SALE promised if anything wrong with service, will have technician the next day. NO, IT WAS NOT TRUE!SPEED: very inconsistently keep up with speed setup with account. Direct connection for speed test (NOT ALL THE TIME MEET PROMISED SPEED)RENTAL MODEM: intermittently work, had to restart modem to refresh. Called tech support, blamed on comcast outage during the time.(restarted working only short time), did not want to send modem for replacement until complained again and again.RECOMMEND to go with Comcast Business: BIG NO NO NO NO

I called to ask a question and was placed on hold, then waited 45 minutes, then the horrendous recording system dropped the call! Comcast has the absolute worst customer service and avoids having any direct interaction with customers....Comcast wont allow customers to talk to a live agents....very frustrating!

Wish I could give them zero stars! I own a business and have had their services for over 3 years, they said I renewed somewhere along the way and I recently moved my business and no longer need the service and they are trying to charge me over $1600 in cancellation fees. Do not do business with Comcast!

Worst customer service. It’s almost like the retention team is trained to steal from you if they can not retain service. Sonic has fiber optics in San Francisco so Goodbye and good riddance to Comcast. Bty Sonic has 2 1000mbps lines with 2 phone lines for about $100!

After 7+ years with them, they force you to give 60 days cancellation notice. At the time I had no other internet options. Fortunately that is changing, and I wish nothing but the worst for Comcast. I filed a complaint with the FCC.

Wow overnight from $84 to 240 a month. Now they a=say they have a 60 day exit clause. Althoguht when i signed up they said nothing about this. It must be hidden in an online doc vs simple message at time of signing. If you have comacast business put a reminder to cancel service 60 days prior to end of your contract. Otherwise customer retention will only let you raise rate by ~20%+ to stay or get comcast taxed. I am moving to anothe SP with no exit tax. rather deal with other issues. Also in SF you have lots of alternatives.

I have been customer for Comcast for 10 years reason to be purchase building and I moved I asked him move my service that Im not able to do it because they dont offer service in Middle off San Jose California( I asked him to cancel my account) they said you are under contract we will charge you $2,400 if you cancel it or you have to find somebody for transfer( you are fine with me last 10 years being loyal customer this is how you treat your customers based on my experience I will never recommend this company again ever

We have had our Comcast business support go down over 4 times this last year. Once for almost 3 days. I would say if your business does not depend on a reliable phone service then Comcast business is probably good enough for you. If you do need reliable phone service for your business then dont use Comcast. Because when the service goes done all your customers will hear when they call is the This phone line is no longer in service giving your customers the appearance that your out of business. If you are still not convinced then go to Twitter and look at the comments from businesses that have experienced the same thing.

Comcast business has the worst customer experience Ive had with a service provider in 11 years as a small business owner. Id be willing to remove the 1 star if I can at the very least get someone to respond to me and work with me instead of receiving a canned, seemingly computer generated, email from Alena Dickerson if thats even a person and my rep Ian Kerr has been completely unresounresp once I signed the contract in feb and Im still with out service in the middle of April

Not worth even a star,I Sign up for services back on MAY 2018, then after neglects to mention a 90 days waiting period for construction, I waited-waited and found out CANCELLED, no Comcast agent bother to inform me that my signed service was canceled after waiting for 5 months, their reason my landlord don’t want to cooperate but still a letter or call would be professionalI COMPLAINED but the offer was good I signed another contract NOVEMBER 2018 which promise on December service but again was extend to February 17, 2019Waiting for February 17, I called and emailed guest what they re schedule me again on MARCH 5, 2019, another long wait and.........TODAY February 27, I just got an email saying CONGRATULATIONS (yehey)construction for my service is scheduled APRIL 7, What the nerve Congratulating me for extending the installation for APRIL, image who’s happy about that,To all future Comcast costumers SIGN at your own risk, I should have learned, OMG ALMOST ONE YEAR NOW

Massively bad customer service. Beware of their Connection Pro product. Nobody knows how it works. They have not implemented login into the Connection Pro router so you cannot change the DHCP settings. Likely youll want the cable modem in bridge mode and then have that connected to the Connection Pro router and then a Wi-FI AP behind that. Just my $.02

For starters, I believe that I have NEVER posted a negative review. It is just not worth my time. In this case however I just have to share my experiences, I could write a book on my 15 year history with Comcast ($20,000+ of payments later as a small business customer). For this review, Ill keep it short, avoid Comcast at costs. Really should be 0 stars. From customer service to technical support to billing - there is not one thing I can say that has been positive. You are making a mistake using this company and their services. I spent six hours trying to update my billing info in 2016 (so THEY could bill ME), ten hours trying to get my website hosting issues resolved in 2017, ten hours trying to get services removed from plan that we were not receiving in 2017 (took six months to get the credit processed), etc. etc.

Worst internet provider ever personal internet cost 80$ giving you 100 mb/sBusiness account 150$ a month and you getting 80mb/S :D paying more getting less speed .Also can not determine the contract even for example you g bankrupt, you will pay determination fee around 2000$ :D

I thought I would never give a bad review to Comcast or xfinity. Specially which I didnt like AT&T at all. I have been a Comcast costumer for over 7 yrs. Please anyone that walks into the door, Do not let them offer you any services. Because even when you are trying to get explanations before, during or after, The costumer, in this case Business Costumer is wrong. Now at least I have proof that It was not me or my business that did not understand. I tried over 2 weeks for Comcast to atleast fix what they screwed up. Which I should not have done. Do not give the time or energy for a company that only values their pocket. Sadly it was myself this time, Next it will be a business owner trying to make sure things are run properly. Comcast totally screwed up on the Business offer, Business Installation and once installed on the commitment to make things right for Small business or any type or business. Comcast has no experience on IP phones or how even their services work. Business Costumer services is really down the drain.

Worst customers service. I have my business with them and they are horrible. I have internet and phones they go out at least once a month. I called to complain and they sent a tech out and said nothing was wrong. Then the next day I had no service at all. I called at 8:45am they said they would send a tech. 12:30 no one came so we called again. They said the had us scheduled for Sunday. We told them we were open and we promised today. They said the would send someone same day. And again another few hours later no one showed. We called again and they still had us scheduled for Sunday. We again told them we are closed on Sunday. They apologized and said someone would come and a tech would call. Again no one called or came. Then they called Sunday for their appointment. I explained to told the customer service several times we aren’t open and they were suppose to come yesterday. Then I called again on Monday and they couldn’t get someone out so they said a tech will call me by 7:30pm and no one called so I called them. They said I would be Schuller at the end of the day Tuesday. Then someone finally came. He couldn’t finish the job. He promised me he himself would be here at 8am the next morning. And here I am at my business and it 9am and no tech. When u have a business to run which you need phones to book clients and to run credit cards it’s hard to do when Comcast keeps messing up and making failed promises. I probably will be leaving this company. Worst customer service ever.

Dave Felknor is the man! He helped us when our business grew and needed to move to a new location. The transition was smooth, and our business has been able to continue growing. Phones and internet are not anything we have had to worry about. If youre thinking about moving your business, or expanding, or youre striking out on your own for the first time. DO NOT CALL THE 800 NUMBER FOR COMCAST! you will get trapped into working with the back office... Call Dave!

I am an xfinity customer for 17 years .I have used their email TV and phone services, happily with success.I recently (six months ago) had an issue with the email service RePostmaster Quota No one at xfinity could tell me who was the post master and how I could reach Him/Her to resolve my issues.My issues were that my email quota had been exceeded.For weeks I spoke with Xfinity to resolve my email quota and got only run-arounds and ridiculous advice which did not work.I finally got thru all their levels and got hooked in to a Tier 3 Level adviser.These persons were helpful, finally, and decided my quota problem could be resolved by eliminatuing my over quota email from xfinity and creating a new Comcast Business email with unlimited quota ! I decided to reluctantly pull the trigger as I had no choice and was not able to use their xfinity email service to send out emails. All this was for my business which was now beginning to be hurt severely by this problem. So I created a new email address, similar to my old one and proceeded to make severe changes in my life and business.Comcast assured me this was the best thing and it would be easy and would work flawlessly . This has been the furthest thing from truth !!!1) My Xfinity email was a breeze to operate and navigate and worked seamlessly with my Apple Platform.2) the new ComcastBusiness email is ridiculously difficult, non user friendly and down rite does not work at times, to put it mildly. !!I have found this to be a 2010 Microsoft Platform, 17 years outdated andITS JUNK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!There are too many terrible things to list about this email service.3 ) We all know how invaluable email is in our daily lives and more valuable in business. I cannot state how poorly this system barely runs and all its flaws are overly frustrating . And lets try not to speak about the persons running the show at comcast business.> Prior to writing this article I found that comcast business has a 2 star rating on the internet.This rating is over rated !!!! it should be a minus 10 star rating for all its inadequacies and problems .If I can pass on any words of wisdom to anyone out there willing to listen, NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ELECT TO HAVE AN EMAIL SERVICE WITH COMCAST BUSINESS as of this date, 3 17 2017..I do not know what to do about this or how to rectify it yet its literally costing me thousands of dollars, with no recourse in sight.!!!!STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM COMCAST BUSINESS !!Buyer Beware!!!!
