Beware when you sign up they tell you how they are the best. They are connected to all the top searches. BULL. Over the years they have lost some good citation pages that they no longer offer. The problem is simple. They sell you what they are going to do. They will not stand behind the sites will publish your info. Better off claiming them yourself. Do a search for 50 best citation pages for business. Click on brightlocal. Much better list with leads to each site. Dont get ripped off.

We have been a customer of Yext for 4 years. They used to have good customer support but now it terrible.. Ive tried contacting them through their website, by email and on the phone for several weeks. Numerous attempts were made but they have not followed up with me. I am very disappointed and I plan not to trenew next time and find an alternative.They charge _ $499 a year support should be better!

I was a partner for a year and spent a considerable amount of money with Yext. I was assigned a new account Manager a few days before my contract was set to auto-renew (30 days notice) . The new account manager never contacted me, and when I finally called to cancel he said I was past my 30 day time period, so even before my contract renews, they will not let me cancel and are holding me for a minimum commitment for another year. Is this how you keep customers, by making them do business when they dont want to? I fulfilled my minimum commitment 3 fold, and tried to cancel 2 weeks before my contract is over, yet you wont budge. BEWARE of YEXT!

I give them the most hated business badge. I tried to do a Yahoo Business listing (they handle Yahoo Listing) and spent more than 45 minutes with no results. After finding the page, I tried to complete the list, and it wouldnt let me submit. It displays an error message with NO explanations.

Overpriced and overrated.
