Did not honor the reward which they poorly instructed in-game what to do and customer service has just ignores their problems. Do not even reserve 1 star.

A ticket took months to get a reply. Rewards were not properly given (some rewards were skipped). Got unfair accuse of violation from their reply that I am using a VPN, probably just due to my frequent international travels at that time. The companys violation detection system should not assume that people are using VPN just because of Network location changes. The unprofessional response made me feel angry and disappointed.

I completed an offer and received some of the reward so I sent a support ticket regarding the rest of the reward and was told that I didnt 9rginally down the app from Tapjoy. If that were true I wouldnt have received any credit at all. I provide proof and they said there was nothing they could do. So Im out of luck.They really will try to make sure not to give you the reward what a lousy company.

This company will do everything in its power to not give you your rewards. Three cases now where they tell me the device Id didnt match their records, despite the fact that I only use one device for everything. Even after sending them several images proving I had completed what they asked, all I received was a copy paste denial. Truly a disgraceful company and you should avoid doing any sort of business in the future. I know I will

Would rate zero stars if I could. Completed an offer, no follow through from them. Sent a follow up email to request the status, and got a response saying that they did not receive the screenshots I sent as proof, and since my ticket was elevated my case would be closed and the offer rescinded after 3 days. Sent the screenshots two more times and no response for two days. Still waiting on a response now, even though the response saying my case would be closed came after a couple hours. Seems like it might just be a scam.

Only giving one star so I can let other people know how bad this company is. At best it is the most horribly run company allowed to operate in the US, at worst it is a complete and total scam that collects your data and redistributes it to the highest bidder. You often will not receive your free rewards, and I put free in quotations because much of the information they try to collect from you should never be given willingly to another person or business entity. This company should be investigated and shut down, and any platforms utilizing them should remove their services less they get lumped in with these conmen.

One of the Tapjoys advertisers was scamming people into making an in-game purchase. I submitted all the evidence to Tapjoy and asked them to look into it. They could not care less! We as customers are nothing to them. They provide zero protection whatsoever. Their customer service is so bad it takes them a month to get back to you in the first place, but now they are just ignoring my case.

Would be easier to say the things that I like about Tapjoy then the things that I dont. How about 40% is how often your offers will work. Theyll claim that you didnt do the proper procedures or steps to get your Rewards. Even if you send them pictures screenshots of you doing every single step. They will claim you missed it or blame it on a third party Advertiser which they did to me recently. Then you can even contact the third party the third party will tell you you did everything right. You can send them a screenshot of that and youll never get a reply. Awful awful awful awful awful awful customer service

Scam business, DO NOT TRUST THEM! I purchased an offer from Dollar Shave Club via Tapjoy with the promise of 504 game gold. After the purchase, my Tapjoy status showed “Rewarded” but the gold never appeared in my game. I contacted Tapjoy and they sent an auto-reply email saying the gold had been awarded. I explained the issue, with screenshots showing the gold wasn’t there. This was on August 4th and I have not received any response from Tapjoy since despite multiple emails. They are running their business as a scam and deserve to be called out and shamed.

They get paid by other apps for you to pay and give information. They also gather information. And do not live up to their deals. I have contacted the bbb about their misconduct and unwillingness to handle customer service. They then changed the way to work because they couldnt argue semantics. You are welcome to view the complaint on the site. Its just a con and they have no interest in the public or their customers. I personally boycott any tapjoy supported app and I suggest you read their terms and agreements and doing the same. This company is a scam that hasnt been caught yet.

Doesn’t pay for offers even after you provide proof that you have done the offer. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they will block you from offers and stop communication. Very shady and dirty company. Hopefully they get shut down soon.

Basically a company that profits off of ads. Support team takes almost a month to reply, but then turns around and close your case if no reply within 3 days.

5 weeks no response via their only support service email steals your personal information and doesnt resolve your issues or compensate via your agreement. Closest thing to a scam, needs to be closed.

Few offers actually breed rewards. Antivirus software flags much of them as potential threats. Nowhere do they specify that multiple rewards for the same app are ineligible and *if* they award any, they choose the lesser value while claiming it higher against the clear evidence. Fraud.

They routinely ignore support tickets for paid offers
