This company let go 90% of their sales staff during Covid and is not bringing them back. Talk any customer and they have not seen or heard from their sales rep.Fivestars is out of money and some manager by the name of Matt was bragging about the 150 million dollars they are getting from investors 🤣.Try returning calls and you wont go out of BUSINESS!LOSERS!

The only reason Ive been keeping them because one of their sales rep has been working with me for years ands shes great (Sarah). The company overall is not great. I was paying 250 a month and now Im at the lowest package. Even during the pandemic, there isnt much help after may. They helped during march and April.Be aware of the contract and etc and read reviews.

Not worth it. The pitch sounded great, and they told us our business would be cross-promoted across tablets at other Fivestars businesses. After we signed up, they told us our business category did not qualify to be promoted. This was pretty much the only reason we even signed up in the first place, as our POS already has a built-in rewards program. Shady, terrible customer service experiences with their reps. They auto-renew and make it hard to cancel service. On top of that, they make you ship tablets back at your own cost instead of picking them up, or they charge you $300 per unit. AVOID AS A BUSINESS OWNER!

Worst company ever!!, approximately a year after working with this company, I decided that it was just not working for me, so I decided to cancel even though I didn’t had a contract with them anymore, so I did, after that I got hit with a 1200. Dollars !, so I called the company to ask why, they told me I had five tablets from them!! Wich it was totally a lie!! I never got that! I explained that to the person on the phone, but he told me that is what it was showing in he’s computer and that’s what it was!, he told me to return the equipment!! Equipment that they never sent!! I was so frustrated!, I ended up calling my bank to dispute the charges, worst company ever!!

This app is super easy and intuitive. You just find your favorite local restaurants, add your applicable payment cards and boom, rewards start adding up. Theres no having to bring anything or scan anything. I love how simple and fast everything is. Plus you can also leave reviews for the restaurant in the app, in which Ive done and received immediate responses from managers.Rewards come through instantaneously and theyre extremely easy to redeem. Love using this app!

This is a solid loyalty app. The process of tracking points is seamless with just entering my phone number. I dont need to pull out my phone to check in, and my wife can earn points on my account when she picks up food. Good choice there.The periodic bonus rewards are always nice. It feels good to get a little perk every once in a while. The regular rewards are straightforward.Keep up the great work.

As a business owner beware of their shady business practices. They auto-renew for a year at a time and make it impossible to opt out even when your contract is over. The customer service is non existent, I havent heard from my sales rep in half a year since I got it. Ironic that their services are for customer loyalty but theyre terrible towards their own customers. 0/5 stars would not recommend.

Ive been a Fivestars member for about four years now, and it is awesome! This rewards program is effective in making customers leaving their stores happy and with a smile. I love the point system, as it isnt unrealistically a challenge. I have been rewards by numerous stores that I return to (and I go back and forth a lot!) I think the fact that it is fair and not unrealistically challenging is what makes Fivestars great.

This is the reason I am consistently returning to or regularly going to certain restaurants! I am always enticed by a reward but beyond that, I appreciate businesses that implement a reward system as it shows that as customers, we are being rewarded through our loyalty and business. Many times, I find myself trying a new place because of Fivestars and really enjoying my purchases! It keeps me finding new places while also allowing me to enjoy the places I have already been going. I think this is a wonderful idea that all businesses should implement as there way of rewarding their customers! Five stars for Fivestars!

It basically holds all my coupons and reward cards in one spot on my phone! So convenient!!! I don’t have to keep up with stamps and little cards! I’m so happy i started using this system:) i almost have enough points at juice land to get a free shirt!! Oh! Also 5stars sends out random coupons for places in your area (that are smart enough to use this program) and they are ready immediately! You need this app!

I love using FiveStars! As an employee of a business that uses it and as a customer at other businesses I have always been satisfied with the service I receive. From a business point of view I believe it really works to promote activity and get people in the door. The Five Stars app used for employees to reward customers is great and very easy to use. As a customer I know it works because Im more likely to go to a place to accumulate points towards a reward than to a place I wont. I would recommend FiveStars to any business, especially small businesses looking to expand their customer reach.

It has been our experience that you do not get what you pay for. The sales pitch is awesome, process seems easy, and then billing happens and things dont look like what was promised. Beware! Beware! They even force you on this review to give them at least one star. Would have preferred no stars.

I like getting occasional coupons on the app and being able to see how far away I am from various rewards. Most important of all, Fivestars has a really intuitive and simple interface. Its easy to use and Ive never had a problem collecting points or redeeming coupons or rewards. Kudos.

Its a good system. Very easy to use and pleasant to get those random discounts at the local places I shop. Between all my hobbies and my pets its easy to get $5 off here and there. Easy to use and no skin off my back to sign up.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The pitch sounded great, but it never worked out. We also were told we could cancel at any time, but that was a lie, as well. We werent able to cancel until after 1 year of service. Terrible product, do not use.

I am truly disappointed and upset at how unprofessional this business is. I was supposed to receive a a gift from my friend who placed the order two weeks ahead of time. When I did not receive the gift, which was supposed to had been delivered on Valentines Day I found out that not only was it delivered to the wrong address but that it had been signed by someone else that had nothing to do with the order. I received a voicemail on Sunday that the delivery was made and I was so shocked and angry. At this point I asked my friend to just cancel the order and get a refund but he insisted because he wanted me to have the gift so as of 2/20/2020 I am still awaiting my gift. I recommend NO ONE use this business again until they get it together. By then itll be too late so it doesnt matter.

I love Fivestars! Its an easy and paper-free way to obtain and track rewards with local establishments. My wallet used to be so fat with stamp cards, but that amount has decreased slightly because of Fivestars. Theyre also great because you can track how many points youve accumulated over time and the amount of money youve spent.

Their service is really easy to use and many places already carry it. Its simple and convenient to just use my phone number any time I see the terminal and not have to worry about signing up for reward places when I dont know if Ill be coming back or not.I also appreciate the app since it allows me to check my balance and rewards for multiple places in single app.

The way the company has allowed multiple small restaurants and businesses to be connected in a point based system is quite revolutionary. Racking up points is very easy through the phone number system and the coupons offered through the app is pretty useful as well. However, my only problem is that the coupons are usually not very useful and it would help if they applied to some of the more popular items in the shops.

This company has called me multiple times trying to do business with me and I have told them every time that we were not interested and then I just spoke to them 5 minutes ago because they called AGAIN and the person on the phone had the audacity to tell me that he did not think we were a good fit after I have told him and others that we were not interested.. I had an issue when it came to changing my account information and they were able to successfully update and solve the issue. Moreover, I enjoy the membership that many businesses use. My points add up well as a consumer and everything is electronic where I no longer need to make space for membership cards now that I have a five stars account.

I was content with Fivestars as it allowed me to accumulate cool rewards from my favorite places to shop. However, I would like to note that Fivestars didnt notify me when Potato Corner withdrew from their system. I went to Potato Corner thinking that I could still earn points, but I was not given ANY notice about this change and when I finished ordering, the ten points I accumulated from the past year was gone. I was fairly disappointed, especially since it took me almost a year to earn enough points to redeem something. I only wish that Fivestars would notify its costumers next time a business decides to change their point system or anything like that.

Easy to use, just plug your number in. You can even have the participating store add retroactively based on your receipt. Wish all the dessert places I went to used Fivestars, this is so much more convenient than having to carry individual paper cards for each location.

Beware of this company. We were sold under false promises of what they can do with regards to marketing. Once we determined that what we had specifically asked that we would be able to do - was 100% not possible. They refused to allow us to terminate our agreement. The number of leads we got from them was precisely ZERO despite following their advice once we learned we were stuck with them. We might as well have thrown our money out the window for the value of their service.

It also shows you which nearby restaurants and cafes offer Fivestars rewards. I don’t think the points expire... I use Fivestars at every place I come across that uses it!

FiveStar is the go to app for business who use it for their rewards system.... Its super simple and all you have to do is input your number at the businesses. I love the fact you can be notified when other businesses in the area are partners with Fivestars and you can sign up through the app.

I love the concept, and usually things go as expected, but there are some retailers who dont understand what they are supposed to do, or dont care really, and I dont get the benefits shown on the screen. Ive even been told they couldnt do it, and that they would catch me next time. Good luck with that. There will be no next time for that retailer. Training and a compliance program are sorely needed.

DO NOT SIGN UP. Everything seems well, great and friendly representatives, always visit you until you sign the contract and then dissapear. The tablets/equipment that were given to us started acting up, freezing, not working at all while we already had motivated our customers to sign up in the program, had to give away food. Reached out to our rep and was told to call technical support when he knew we run a Deli and we have customers in and out. He knew better, he visited us frequently to sign up. It was until 2 days after when he just showed up and didnt even call before, we had closed early. We decided to cancel doing business with 5 stars because we were losing money at this point. After everything, he left a bad review about us on our page which has nothing to do with our customer service, food, quality, or service. Lack of maturity. We were left alone after we signed. Smart, right? So if anything we needed we had to call San Francisco, like we had nothing to do. The rewards are awesome and useful without having to jump through hoops or spend a boat load of money to rack them up. I use it at all the vapor shops I visit that participate in the program. You also get email notifications for discounts to Fivestar businesses youve used before. And no overload of junk email, just the notification of discounts.
