I am disabled and rely heavily on the hot tub to limber my stiff and painful joints up each morning - Sorry to be the spoil sport with the few other good reviews here, but I feel it is important to share my horrible experience with this company so others will be aware. Let me start out by saying that in this pandemic, there is indeed a huge demand for pool/spa services. I called everyone I could find on-line to get someone to come look at my hot tub heater which stopped heating. I do appreciate that Tony followed up and came within a few days. However, from there on things went downhill and still cannot believe how I was treated when it didnt turn out to be a quick and easy fix. I had the feeling when I was explaining what had happened that Tony had never worked on a heater like mine and his sidekick helper seemed to be doing the actual work. I did not stand there and watch what all they were doing, but I did notice that Tony was on the phone a lot telling the other guy what to do. After some time, Tony came to the door and said that the igniter had gone out and he could go pick one up at his suppliers and come back and install it. This sounded hopeful and I agreed - after installing the new igniter and testing it, Tony came to the door and said that he could hear the heater coming on, but then it turns off again. He told me that the next thing to replace was the computer and that it would have to be ordered and would be in in 3-4 days with a cost of around $350 for the part alone. I expressed concern as to whether it will be fixed this time and Tony said of course that there are no guarantees. So he ordered the computer and then I waited over a week to hear back from Tony that the part had come in. When he finally answered my text the next day, he blew me off and said my heater was problematic and he did not feel confident in proceeding - SAY WHAT? First off, how professional and considerate is it to not let me know up front resulting in yet another week of intense pain barely being able to walk? In addition, it is clear that Tony did not know what he was doing because I finally got my regular service guy here and the problem had NOTHING TO DO WITH EITHER OF THE ITEMS TONY WANTED TO REPLACE. It was a simple burned out circuit in the circuit board which is actually VERY VISIBLE by inspection and costs less than $50!Tony may be good for certain types of situations and equipment to his regular customers, but he sure doesnt know how to treat customers and in my experience did me a great MIS-service. I may be old fashioned, but I refuse to do business with people like that. Good luck to those that use this company - you may waste a lot of time and money! In my day this was called nickel and diming.

Armando and his assistant came out to repair my hotub less than 24hrs after my call. They were very prompt, efficient, and super friendly! They were able to honestly assess the problem in little time. Like many problems, it was operator (me!) induced and easily solved. A few gaskets later, a new GFI, and a thorough cleaning, my tub was up and running! Clear and Clean Spa Repair is highly recommended!
