Howard Nishina always help me with my hearing aids and other hearing services efficiently and the best service he can provide. From the moment I walked into the office for the first time everyone was very welcoming. Doctor Annie Ha was great during my visits. I was nervous going in for my HINT because I was not sure how I would do but she made it possible for me to feel comfortable and did the best she could so I could pass my test. She’s very professional and kind. I’m thankful that I found her :) .

My Mom, Who passed last year at the age of 102, purchased all of her hearing aids from this office. I recently was tested and found to be a candidate for hearing aids. I met with Jonah, who looked at my mom‘s records and fitted me with her hearing aids. He easily recalibrated the devices to fit me. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Even though I am moving out of San Francisco, I am likely to come back to the city when I need a new pair.

Alice, Jonah and the team are always great to work with... they always go above and beyond, when it comes to fitting my Lyric hearing aid... my ear canal has an unusual ridge that can lead to feedback whistle, but they always take the time to make sure they fit the hearing aid around this ridge, to give me the best possible fit.I have been working with Alice and team for over 10 years, and cannot think of anyone better, when it comes to looking after my hearing!

I was referred by my medical provider, Kaiser, to San Francisco Hearing Center for a special Hearing in Noise Test. The appointment was scheduled within a couple days. Communication from the staff, by text, email and over the phone, was professional and informative. But, most of all, I have to thank Dr. Ha for being patient with me, explaining the whole process, and for making me feel at ease. She even took time to talk to me about other hearing related topics, to make me more informed. Highly recommend.

Very nice that there is FREE parking for clients. I was checked in and met with Dr. Leung. Dr. Leung was very nice and explained each testing to me. At the end of the testing she sat down with me and explained what the results were and meant. Dr. Leung was very thorough and personable. I had an incredible experience at San Francisco Hearing Center. I can not give praise to the front office staff and Dr. Alice Leung.As soon as I walked into the clinic the front office staff was friendly and kind. Dr. Leung was very personable, professional, knowledgeable.She explained every phase of the test in detail and in terms that I was able to understand. She answered all of my questions and concerns. At the conclusion of the exam,Dr. Leung provided me with a copy of the exam report. I would personally recommend Dr. Leung to family, friends, and co-workers. They excel at what they do.

Absolutely outstanding service. My hearing loss is pretty bad, and it’s compounded by the fact that, in one ear, I have a word recognition score of 12%. So aids, while they help, have to be adjusted much more than for a person with a much higher word recognition score. The people here are very patient. For those needing new aids, they have a good selection and make sure that, with proper fitting, you get the most out of the aids.I’ve been with them since I was first diagnosed with hearing loss. My original ENT referred me to them for a hearing test as their in-house audiologist wasn’t available. My new ENT, although affiliated with Stanford, also has them listed as a referral. While I wish I never had to deal with hearing loss, I’m very fortunate to have them helping me cope with my hearing loss.Highly, highly recommended.

I needed to get a specialized HINT test for law enforcement here. The staff was GREAT. The appointment was scheduled quickly as job placement depended on it. The staff was very professional, calmed my nerves as I was very nervous about the test, and did a great job explaining what was going on. Dr. Ha was great. I got my test results immediately and they were faxed and emailed to the requesting agency promptly. They have free parking, which is amazing in San Francisco. The office was clean, had great COVID protocols, and I felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you San Francisco Hearing Center for making my experience as stress-free as possible.

I began wearing hearing aids about 25 years ago. My initial experience with hearing aids was less than perfect, partly because of the older technology but also because of the service. All that frustration changed when I was introduced to the San Francisco Hearing Center (then known as Audiological Services of San Francisco).All of the staff at the SF Hearing Center are very professional and caring. Appointment scheduling is easy and the newly decorated offices are very comfortable.Alice Leung is a Doctor of Audiology and I have been extremely fortunate to be her patient for the past several years. I have been going to the SF HEARING CENTER for more years than I can remember and the reason I keep going back is the unsurpassed excellent service I receive every time I am there.I have to go frequently due to having a lyric hearing aid and each time I call they can usually fit me in that day or the next day.The entire staff is professional, courteous and attentive.The person I work with mostly is Alice Leung, AuD. Many years ago I came to her and asked her about the Lyric hearing aid. Dr. Leung explained the entire process and how it functioned. She spoke in lay mens terms and I immediately knew I was in the right place and getting the best hearing aid for my needs. She has been instrumental in helping me with my hearing loss over the years and I am forever grateful to her. Prompt, excellent, personalized services. Id been going to audiologist Alice Leung for years and using hearing aids she recommended. Im very pleased with the results. She got me an adapter for my paired Oticon hearing aids which I used last night. I was able to clearly hear Christmas concerts over the internet. She also hooked me up with CaptionCall so that in addition to hearing, I can read messages when using my I-phone. As out-of-towners (WAY out-from the other side of the country!) we were amazed to find a place that could even see us the same day. Then, when we got there, the staff--receptionist and technician--treated us like old friends but even better to make us feel comfortable far from home. They were able to make significant improvement to my husbands hearing aid though it will need to be factory serviced when we get home. Wonderful experience here!
