Vaccarezza Glass were great. We needed new windows for the house, and Erik was fantastic in providing the service. He came and assessed the situation, made great recommendation about the type of windows and design. He communicated throughout the process and the windows were delivered within the two week window that he promised. The installers were professional and did a fantastic job as Erik promised. We would use Vaccarezza Glass again if we need window work.

They provided quality work for a good rate in half the time expected. Cleaned up after work every day. I would recommend them to all. The experience was so great it felt like my family was doing the work!

I purchased Windows from Vaccarezza Glass 20 years ago and recently had some issues with failed insulated units. I contacted them and Sarah came out to take a look. She informed me that the glass was under warranty and the window manufacturer would come out and replace them. She also noticed that a couple of my screens were a little worn out and said she would order me all new ones since they were covered by the warranty as well. I am highly satisfied with their service after all the years and if I ever need anything in the future I will definitely be giving them a call! Thanks Sarah and thanks Vaccarezza Glass!

Didnt fix my requested product for two months, wouldnt respond to emails, and wouldnt fill out a single piece of paperwork to move forward with the job because it was too complicated. Two months later they wanted to charge a $15 fee to fill out the piece of paper to move forward with the job.

Jim is the worst person Ive ever met. His work is awful and his attitude is worse. Do NOT go to this man. WORST. BUSINESSEVER!!!!!
