I LIKE EMIve recently begun proceedings with Scott Schwartz as my attorney for filing chapter 7. I am SO impressed with their office. So I differ totally with the negative review here. Amy and Roxanne have been kind, smart and very efficient. In my phone interview with Scott Schwartz, I found him caring but objective and totally versed in this field (bankruptcy). He spent much more time with me on the phone than was allocated. His staff has told me that I can meet with him at anytime, IN PERSON. I will do this as soon as Ive completed the basic information so that he will have a complete idea of my situation. I will post another review, as soon as my proceedings are complete. But I have talked to 3 other people who have used Scott and they have only the highest recommendations for both him and his staff.
