Cant say enough about Pacific Auxiliary Fire Alarm. I moved into my condo over a year ago and our complex was having some problems with people trying to break into the units. After I called many companies I decided to go with Pacific Auxiliary Fire Alarm. They made me feel comfortable that my home would be protected. They were super easy to make an appt for set up. Some of these other companies wanted me to wait 2 weeks plus until they were able to send someone to install. I wasnt willing to wait 2 weeks or longer I wanted to have the peace of mind. The tech was very knowledgeable and installed it very fast. He didnt leave until I was finish asking all my questions and made sure I knew all the features of my alarm system. The next couple months I made multiple phone calls to the office asking questions and the staff was very nice and patience with me. I have recommended them to many of my friends and they are also very pleases with there services. Thank you again!!!!

Just replaced our old Stanley Security system with Pacific Auxiliary Fire Alarm. The tech who installed it, Sione Tonga was great. Answered all our questions, made suggestions and gave a complete review of the system before leaving. The ability to operate the system remotely and monitor access is a nice feature as well. So glad we switched.
