Very knowledgeable, efficient, and knows the system well. The first store messed up my fingerprints delaying my licensing. He was able to fit me in same day and very easy to reach.

Cant recommend this place enough. I walked up and saw a sign on the door that said by appointment only. So I went back to my car and called. I got an answer almost immediately, and when I explained where I was the man on the other end told me to come on up.After heading heading upstairs and meeting Willie, the process took about 5 minutes. Willie was great. Very helpful and informative.

I had told him I needed 2 copies over the phone, but ended up only needing 1. He gave me the second for free.Used this service for finger printing for medical licensing. Highly recommend!

Willie is simply amazing, quick and very efficient..! He helped me to go through fingerprint process twice, once while I was in US and and an another time while I am physically in Sydney. He helped me track back the file from one year back so quickly and potentially helped me save many months of duplicate fingerprint filing work. Words cannot describe how efficient he can be. I needed an FBI Identity History Summary for an overseas work visa. I got 5 (!!) sets of ink finger prints done while overseas, all of which were rejected by the FBI. I got live scan prints with Willie this afternoon and received a PDF of my report 25 minutes later. Such a relief. Willie is familiar with the system, very knowledgeable and efficient. Willie explains the fingerprinting process really well and makes sure that all the fingerprints are good before submitting it. If for some reason you are not getting good fingerprints on that day (cold hands and what not), he will redo it for free any other time.

Most of SF Youth soccer coaches use ID Solutions for their fingerprinting clearance . The owner is professional, courdious, and quick. Highly recommend ID for fast and easy fingerprinting.
