Ilene brought monumental changes to my life and has helped me deal with some issues that were never really helped by previous therapists. If I have a friend in a dark place and they can afford her, I would (and i have) unhesitatingly send them to Ilene. What surprised me was how quickly she can help you turn things around. I dont really understand how she does it, but she is very active rather than just listening.
