I saw a you tube video from a user of escrow.com and it looked good for our transaction! Online registering, approval etc. went very smooth! Also phone and chat support was very responsive!My only issue was with the online prompts (software) for information. I was not able to fill in the actual shipper chosen as it was not on the escrow list....Nor was I able to retract a submission that vehicle was shipped when it actually was not.. Otherwise, A-OKHowever, once I chose a broker and buyer agreed, escrow was aware and followed up...4-1/2 stars if that was available and only with the online software.

I have been using Escrow.com to handle my online sale transactions for many years now, and I could not be more pleased with their services. They provide an excellent and often essential intermediary role at a very reasonable cost, and they perform at a highly superior level. When direct contact is needed to handle any complication, I can also attest that their team will provide excellent and timely service, as Reese recently did to handle a glitch in one of my transactions. Used to be really good. But their service is really bad. Management is not available and not interested. Does not answer communication. Their technology is outdated. Transactions often stuck forever.

Just finished a business deal using Escrow dot coms services. Was thoroughly impressed. Using Escrow probably saved a sale that was falling apart due to nervous client. Escrow saved the day. Reasonable fees. Amazing and responsive support staff. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but they deserve one. Will definitely use again!
