In 2013 I moved to the Bay Area and was struggling to find work teaching mid year, so I thought outside the box and contacted Aunt Anns. I was contacted shortly after for an interview. Sue was very professional and straightforward, which I very much appreciated. Within the week I had 2 interviews lined up! I ended up working with one of those families for nearly 4 years before sadly having to relocate outside the area due to my husbands work this month. In my time working with this family, Sue placed 2 other amazing people in that household- a family assistant and another nanny who typically worked on my days off. I can say that Aunt Anns In-House Staffing finds wonderful families and places even more amazing people with them. Sue has a knack for finding the right people to fit the right families. Whether youre a family seeking help or a person seeking to work in a private household definitely reach out to Aunt Anns.
Weve had the opportunity to work with Aunt Anns on their new website and the company is amazing from the inside out. Great ideas, great people, its been a real pleasure working with them on this project.Id use their services for my super kids and recommend them for my friends.
I highly recommend Aunt Anns for all of your staffing needs. The women who work there are so friendly and knowledgeable in the domestic staffing field. I originally contacted them to find a caregiver for my father but he happens to live outside of their service area. They gave me a recommendation to try an online resource and I found him a great caregiver shortly after. I will be returning to find a doula/nanny when my husband and I have children.
Honest and direct approach with clients and candidates. Easy to communicate with, does due diligence with researching and finding the correct match:-)
OUR FIST HOUSEKEEPER WAS HORRIBLE. SHE YELLED AT ME FOR HIDING MY CLOTHES UNDER THE BEDS!!!--OUR DOG APPARENTLY LIKED TO MAKE HER OWN LITTLE COZY BEDS FOR HERSELF!THE SECOND HOUSEKEEPER WAS JUST AS BAD. SHE ARGUED WITH ME ON WHERE SILVERWARE WAS TO BE PLACED ON THE TABLE. NO, THE FORK DOES NOT GO ON THE RIGHT! SHE WOULD WASH ONE WASHCLOTH AS A FULL LOAD OF CLOTHING. WE PAID HER $4,000 A MONTH PLUS MEDICAL AND ALL PAID HOLIDAYS. I NEVER ONCE SAW HER VACUUM AND I WATCHED SPAGHETTI SAUCE REMAIN ON THE FLOOR OF THE LOWER KITCHEN UNTIL SHE FINALLY JUST STOPPED SHOWING UP AND THE NEW CLEANERS (NOT FROM AUNT ANNS) MOPPED IT UP. I WOULD NEVER EVER!! USE THEM AGAIN.
Sue Collins, very knowledgeable in her field.
