Ive ordered items in the past and they were delivered with no problem.But recently I have ordered 3 items that were supposed to be delivered by now. Not only have they not been delivered but their is no Tracking info, they do not answer phone calls or respond to emails and wont refund the $150.00 that I have payed for the undelivered items. Based on recent reviews this seems to be a common practice with them. They obviously have become a scam. Do not use them!
Ordered middle of July, no merch or updated tracking a whole month later, Wanelo customer service emailed that they are now issuing a refund either to my card or in Wanelo Credits which, since I never plan to order again, is less than useless to me. It seems from my experience and other reviews that all you have to know how to do to sell on Wanelo is to upload photos, you dont need to actually have merchandise, keep inventories updated, or ship anything, and when customers seek answers, the merchants cannot be contacted directly, Wanelo runs interference for them. Do not waste your time or money, stick with more mainstream companies, as this one is definitely not ready for primetime.
I have placed a order on dec 6 2016 and have not yet received it and today is january 4 2017 they are giving me a run around and no answers phone number is not a working number and this is a horrible place to buy from never will get ripped off again
