Terrible experience using this company to send USD to AU. If something goes wrong they will just hold your money and give you zero updates. The compliance team managed to have 40k slip through the cracks on the very first transfer and this was after two calls with the compliance team to do all the identify verification checks.I was really excited to use this company after being told good things, however my experience was awful and Ill now look for more expensive and professional services that keep you updated and dont treat your money like its no big deal.While 40,000 may not be a lot of money to some. Its a significant amount to me and not knowing where it is or what is happening with it isnt a great feeling. Ill never use this company again which sucks as I love to support Australian companies.

It was my first time to use ofx. I did this online, transferred money from my bank account straight to another bank account. My money got transferred online within a day. It was easy & straightforward to do, it took me less than 10min. The currency exchange rate was better with ofx than others.

I signed up as an individual user (they also do business) with OFX online, sent money to Canada a few times and to Japan a few times .. each time was seamless. They call to verify the transactions, which was good. I also use the currency notification so when the CAD or Euro moves I get an email. This is a great feature.. to help keep and eye.. overall I saved a lot of money and never had to step into a bank and wait around. Love it.

Great service! I regularly use OFX to transfer funds back and forth from the US to Australia. Never a hiccup and always a better rate than my bank! Do yourself a favor; use them!

So far I have been on hold for ONE hour and 45 minutes waiting for them to answer their phone. I am serious!!! How is this even an acceptable level of business. If you cannot manage your phone calls how the hell can you manage other peoples money. Shame on you #OFX

Its ridiculous that I see here that they are open “24 hours” but when we got to the building, the door was locked, and I didn’t see anyone inside.Not to mention that they also have a sign with a phone number for “urgent matters”, I called and I was on hold for 5 minutes long? No one ever actually picked up. Do not recommend.

I need to send money monthly to Mexico to pay for college tuition.US Forex is very professional, reliable and they have low fees and excellent exchange rates. It takes a little bit longer. Customer service is excellent. Ive used Western Union to send cash. But US Forex is better and cheaper for international transfers.

The original set up with US Forex involved some careful due diligence on their part but once established, the system is very easy to use. Most recently, used OFX for a US-GBP transaction and rate was a full 2 points better than my bank and no fees. The auto debit and credit function for smaller transactions is a really nice feature. I recommend OFX to anyone who has forex needs.

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS... I initiated a transfer and hence got a call from the customer care agent to finalize the transfer.. I realized I had made a mistake setting up the transfer. So I asked the agent to cancel the transfer. This was well before the deal was finalized. Agent was very rude about it and said that you should look before you do it. This is not a kind of deal in which you cancel whenever you wish etc etc....I was just asking to cancel since I had mistyped the amount. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF USING SOME OTHER SERVICE RATHER THEN DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS.

Multiple transfers from Aus to USA and visa versa for several years... not a problem. 90% done on-line. Ive only talked to a couple people over the years without issue.

I WAS GIVEN HORRIBLE SERVICE with these people after there merger. VERY RUDE SENIOR MANAGER THAT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A CONSUMER AND VERY CONFRONTATIONAL. Sent in all required forms just to tell me they cant help me out and ohh yea and without any explanations, very shady. I dont know about all you out there but this is sooo unprofessional of them to do to someone who is trying to provide support for there family overseas. Cant believe the type of training they get very low people F rating..

Took about 6 working days to complete documentation after sending all needed documents from my end2. Money was debited from my account and it took 1 week to be credited to my foreign bank, though it was commited in 3 business days. (The slowest service compared to all its competitors).3. Their exchange rate is 10% lower than their competitors like western union, xoom4. At last 2 months over and no referral gift card neither to me nor friend and now they tell the referral link did not work.In short very complex way to transfer money compared to any other competitor and lot of headaches and false promises.
