Very convenient.

Laundry Locker was just getting good when they were bought by Mulberrys and the whole thing went downhill. Customer Service is horrible. They lost a bag of my shirts and I will never see them again. They mis delivered another guys shirts to me and would not come pick them up. Finally included them in an order... kept in touch with that guy and he got them back about a month later! I will not use Mulberrys.

Easy drop off and pick up. Pretty fast turn around even for large laundry loads. I’ve had an issue once where a locker wouldn’t open but customer service quickly fixed it. Very convenient having 24/7 access.

When I first moved into my building, I saw the blue lockers and wondered about them. My boyfriend began using Laundry Locker and loved it. He put his dress shirts in the locker and two days later received his shirts, all crisp and clean. I love the reusable bag and we always sent the hangers back so they could be reused. I have many dresses that I need to get dry-cleaned and am definitely thinking about using Laundry Locker for them.

How am I to maintain my active social status with so much laundry? LLC has saved my social prestige! I just throw my dirties in a bag, push in a locker, text for pick-up and next day I have clean sheets, towels, gym clothes and dry cleaning complete. Now they have added the new locks, so I dont even need to mess with the key. This service is perfect; great quality at reasonable prices.You drop it off, text the locker # and next day its returned to you, all clean, and nicely folded. Wonderfully easy to set up, and they respond promptly if you ever have a problem or concern about your order. I would recommend this to anyone.

Customer service is atrocious. Fine if nothing wrong ever happens, but if it does, you will change cleaners.

Laundry is one of my most hated chores of all time, and when the machines in my buildings basement charge $2 per wash and $2 per dry to begin with, my desire to do this myself drops even lower.The LL system is an incredibly convenient and reliable alternative to doing this yourself. They give email updates when your order has been picked up and again once it is returned and offer lots of customizations/upgrades such as better detergent etc. Usually they return your stuff w/i 1-2 business days all folded in bundles ready for you.My office is in the South Bay and most wash/fold and dry clean places are not open when I leave for work and again closed once I return to the city. It is incredibly valuable to have the Laundry Locker kiosk open 24/7 to pick up my things after hours. They do dry-cleaning too, and are always good about calling to ask about how to treat an item whenever I accidentally put a dry-clean only thing into my regular laundry.Would have rated 5 stars if it were a little cheaper, but I think on the whole it is a great business. Highly recommend.
