This is the best IT company that I have ever done business with. First of all, I love that I dont have to call and be on hold forever. When I call, they answer right away. But we usually just e-mail them our issue(s) and they open a ticket for us. We get contacted back very quickly. Everyone that I have spoken to is always very pleasant. They arent rushing to get you off the phone and they know our company right away and our names so it feels very personal. The issue ALWAYS gets resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend OneClick!
