I had the pleasure of working with Raymond to support my efforts with technical problems related to my laptop. I had an important finance task due on a Friday afternoon and my laptop would not allow me to log in. I contacted Jones IT and connected with Raymond. I am writing this review on the excellent services of Riley Morris who has provided services to myself and my colleagues at Jaguar. We love Jones IT. They are easy to work with and work around our schedule. Most importantly, they communicate. We aren’t kept in the dark and there is never a need to nag them to find out what is going on. We know what is going on with our tech because Jones IT makes sure of it. They handle everything from minor software issues to migrating our whole organization over to G Suite.Earl has brought organization to the IT side of the office. We have been with Jones IT for about one year and have been very pleased with their work so far. They have done everything from making sure everybody in the office has the equipment they need to getting our conference room updated and set up. IT Jones was our it support at my last company I worked at and they were awesome.
