Nao worked hard to find my desk top computer in the network and activate it for me. It was not a simple fix. He contacted me and gave me a progress report. I told him that I would not be in the office for a few days and he said that he would wait. He remembered our unfinished business and helped me as soon as I returned to the office. He also helped my coworker with connecting his computer to a printer that was not in network. We are contractors and Intivix always makes it happen for us! The staff is caring and calls back to make sure everything is running smoothly.
