Had Maid Complete do a deep clean of my apartment before I moved out. They did a super great job. Couldnt be happier with the quality of service from the whole team. I was really worried that my security deposit would not be refunded due to the condition of my apartment as I was leaving (you know how messy moving can be) so I wanted to do my best to make sure I cleaned up the place as much as possible. They did a great job, and I got my security deposit back in full.

Maid complete has really done a tremendous job with everything I have needed thus far. Its really hard trusting a company to do a quality job with my rental properties as I currently reside out of state. I had 2 move outs that left me badly needing a thorough service and they were right there to clean up. I am beyond appreciative!

I can say enough about this cleaning service. I have been looking for a cleaning lady who actually dusts, wipes down base boards, ceiling fans and window sills without me having to remind them. Finally a cleaning service that exceeds my expectations! I wish I could give them 6 stars!

My family and I stayed in San Fransisco for 3 months and rented a condo Downtown. We found Maid Complete on Google and hired them based on their good reviews and were not disappointed. They did an excellent job with our weekly cleanings. They do not cut corners like a lot of house cleaning services weve hired in the past.The floors and windows were always spotless after they finished and I never found any dust on our tables, shelves, etc. I recommend Maid Complete to anyone looking for a reliable and thurough house cleaning company in San Fransisco.

I had them set up to clean my 2 bedroom flat in SF, as I was moving out. I did all the cleaning that was included in a move-out price, i.e refrigerator, oven, inside cabinets, etc. I emailed them to advise what I did, and just wanted to have a basic cleaning. They responded that was not a problem.When I came back the next day to check the cleaning, it appeared that nothing was cleaned at all: I took pictures of dirty floors, dirty rugs, and even dirt and urine on my toilet- disgusting.They charged my cc $145, and then 2 days later, without any notice, they charged me an additional $25 for a 3 bedroom charge.I am having my attorney handle this for a refund of the monies, for a service that obviously, with photos to prove it, was not performed. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I highly recommend anyone use this service for a fast and reliable job. They make my apt. look like new every time.

Paid extra for the move out services and got terrible service. Owner was nice and credited me for work not performed but disappointed I had to spend several hours doing it myself given I scheduled weeks out

Horrible service they have a fake company website. The office is not real they work from home and lie about there manager Brandon or Doug being on the other line. Be careful for these guys
