As I’m sure a lot of you know, finding a good detailer can be one of the hardest things (even more than finding a good mechanic with decent rates). Also, having a background in the industry myself, I took my time to find a detailer that I could trust. I brought in my red ‘92 Mazda Miata for a full paint correction and ceramic pro gold package (which has quite a difficult paint to work with, may I add). Jim and Carlos, as well as the rest of the staff at California Detailing are extremely helpful and friendly. The full process took around three days and the results are flawless! Couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to bring in my ‘04 Honda S2000 in a couple weeks for a similar treatment with PPF on the front end as well.

Carlos is as friendly and professional as I remembered since my last visit (December 2019; went with a basic detailing). Though I had a $25 coupon to use from Yelp (for the Complete Retail package this time (May 2021), as the coupon was only applicable to this specific service), I chose not to use it after seeing the care his team gave my Model 3. Though slightly pricier than a few competitors farther out in the Bay Area, Ill happily pay for the trust and piece of mind; the service provided is worthy the 5-star Yelp rating. (Just a fair warning though - Jims pretty curt when talking on the phone (youll more likely to be talking to him when calling than Carlos). Efficient, but his conversational pacing can come off as impatient to some elderly customers I know. Not a definitely bad quality, ergo not a complaint from me personally, but could be tweaked to match a customers pace of speech. Jims otherwise very experienced and courteous.)

Black car that hadn’t been washed in over a year. Had an exterior and interior detail. Car looks brand new. Highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer.

Great communication, friendly staff, and the result is beautiful. I got the full front protective film and ceramic coating, you cant tell the film is there and the car (Tesla model 3) looks stunning.

Its My fault, I didnt realize the time and that my car wash would take so long. I had an important doctors appointment to make it to. The staff was super kind, pulled my car out of the line-up, and even offered to allow me to come back later. Super impressed!

Did an incredible job detailing a 2 year old 2013 Ford Fusion before returning it at the end of the lease for $350. The car was in pretty bad shape with dog hair, stains on the tan seats from dark jeans, etc. It looked like new and the dealer even commented that he was surprised the car was in such good shape. Highly recommended.

Excellent detailing!! They take really good care of your car. I dropped off my Porsche Macan and it came back like new. They had other nice cars like BMW, Mercedes and Land Rovers.I had these orange stains (from tree sap / leaves) that I couldnt wash out, but they were able to get it out! Highly recommend!

Im the owner is incredible. My daughter had spilled milk in our car (which, as you may know, is the worst thing for a car) and I couldnt find anyone in town who would help me out. Everyone kept referring me to somebody else, until I got to Jim. It was Saturday and I knew he was closed, but I still wanted to leave a voicemail anyway. Jim picked up and proceeded to give me the most helpful advice imaginable. He told me exactly where to go, exactly what products to buy, and exactly how to use them. And all this when I wasnt even going to be using his services! He didnt have to give me free advice, but he did, and Im incredibly grateful. He will be my car detailing guy from now on.

Quick and outstanding results, couldnt believe it. Had heavy scratches on the hood of my truck and a whole mess of swirls on it. Completely restored my hood and is now a mirror like finish. 👍 -Thank you

My minivan has had all trace of our kids removed! The ground-in dirt in the carpets, the stains on the seats - gone! We brought it in for an interior detail only and, it being a slow day, they washed the outside as well, no charge. They couldnt stand to see a dirty car :-) Thank you Carlos and team!
