They claim to be helping people do taxes but they tried to find every reason possible to refer me elsewhere. I think its a desire to get the government funding to say theyre helping people and then finding every reason to avoid doing the work. First they told me that they cant do something too complicated, then I explained to them how it was simple, then then the lady said that they couldnt help me for another reason. Theyre crooked business people, plain and simple. She then said that she wasnt trained, to do something I did myself easily last year.
