I was at my wits end with staggering bills that were choking the very life from me. I initially attempted to enroll in one of those credit pay down services where you send one payment that is spread out amongst your debtors. While on the phone with one of the intake personnel she said to me I honestly dont understand how youre making it from month to month. We can enroll you into the program, but youll end up in the exact same place later on. What she was telling me (without telling me) is that I needed to file for bankruptcy.After doing a quick search of bankruptcy programs with great reviews I came across The Bankruptcy Center.
