Wow. Andy here is the best. Not only are they affordable, but they are quick and knowledgeable. I’m so lucky to have been introduced to them. We literally had our dealership set our car up for failure and these guys came to the rescue. We were fortunate. Otherwise, we may have not been able to get to our final destination.

I cant imagine why anyone could come here and experience anything less than a 5 star service! This place has the lowest prices in town and great customer service. Ive been coming here for over a year and just love it. Andy his workers and Dont perform the traditional up selling and useless unnecessary overcharging of you. They really do have great business ethics thank you and I and everybody there.

Its taken me far too long to get on here and write a review - but I havent forgotten the tremendous experience I had doing business with Ngais Auto Repair. A year back, I had a damaged intake hose among other issues while I was passing through San Francisco. I had to get a hotel, and wayyy overextended my budget for the trip. Long story short, Ngais ordered the parts with my wallet in mind, hunting for deals and charging me very minimally for labor. They were honest about my options, and I walked out spending 1/3 of what the repair typically costs because they put effort into helping me out. If I lived in San Francisco, they would get all of my business - this is a go-to shop that cares (and does a good job - a year later and no problems!)

Honest, reliable, timely. Ive used Ngais Auto repair for 16 years. Ive referred numerous friends and associates whom have also had the same experience. Being in the transportation business its critical to have vendors I can trust. When one of my cars has a problem I can send the driver there, Andy will call me with the problem and solutions. Many times there may be several options such as getting a used part, after market or original (OEM). Ngais has always been my go to shop!
