I have been taking my car to Dales Auto Service twice already and two times Im totally satisfied.I do need some brake work done soon and going to take it back in about a month. Hes very down-to-earth honesr and knows about his cars, especially my 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero hes giving me some advice and did a thorough check on it... thank you so much Dale!

Dales is the absolute best. My BMW had an oil leak and was in need a of a gasket being replaced. Being new to San Francisco, I didnt know any mechanics in town but thank God someone pointed me to Dales. They do amazing work and took excellent care of my care. Couldnt recommend these guys more!

Dales Auto has been our repair persons over a decade; and, this company does appreciable work for reasonable prices. Our family can rely on Dales Auto for great service, expeditious turn-around time at reasonable prices. We have two foreign made cars and wouldnt consider using any services except Dales for all our needs. Dales appears able to locate parts that other shops cant. We are appreciable for the professionalism, quality repairs and resourcefulness of this repair shop.

These guys are super solid stand up guys. Reliable and honest. I bought a car that they had serviced for 10yrs. They were able to give me the peace of mind to take it on a road trip 2days after purchasing. After being on the road for almost 2wks in the desert I can say sincerely..Thank you for letting me know what had to be done now and what could wait until my return. Best to you both.
