HORRIBLE customer service. I called to get a simple estimate about A/C recharge and the person on the phone was unwilling to even consider what I was asking and told me to go to another place. Maybe they do good work, but they are lacking in customer service, especially towards those potentially new customers.

Excellent! The most top notch attention to quality work from the smallest details to an absolute thoroughness that is second to none. Shop was originally recommended to me from the opposite side of town nearly a decade and a half ago for the finest workmanship in the city. A more conscientious, skilled and honest man can not be found and I cant recommend him enough for having continued to take such good care of my car over the years.

Thought I needed brakes, and nearly went to a quick oil change shop, out of desperation, in a time crunch. I called Claudios, and although they were slammed, Lorenzo squeezed me in on Friday. I had a road trip the next day. On pick up they had the cars levels checked, tires, checked the brakes (which werent needed yet), and clean. They are right in my neighborhood and I never knew. there is something special about finding a doctor, dentist, veterinarian you can trust, and even something more easing to have a good mechanic you can trust. I lucked out and will call this one home.

Claudio and Renzo, Claudio’s son, are super professional, honest and considerate. I’ve never seen any mechanics like them. They treat my car like theirs. Unlike other auto repair shops, their shop is very organized. The pricing is more than reasonable! More importantly, they are very knowledgeable and don’t charge you for parts that don’t need to be replaced. I just bought a car today! They spent an hour checking everywhere and replaced several light bulbs. The bill I got was super reasonable! I will definitely ask them to take care of my car from now on! Thank you so much!

Weve been taking our 2000 Toyota Tacoma and 1998 Mercedes C230 here for over 6 years, the fact that both of these old vehicles are still on the road is a real testament to the quality of their work! Renzo, is an amazing, extremely thorough mechanic. We trust him very much and always appreciate him explaining the car issues. Claudios is where we have been taking our vehicles for probably close to a decade now. Renzo (Claudios son who now runs the shop) is meticulous. He is an excellent mechanic and is more than reasonable and fair with pricing. Any time we have had friends with car issues, we always recommend taking their car to Claudios Auto Repair.

Super honest service.We took our car in with transmission troubles - they checked the engine codes, did a quick diagnostic, and let us know that it might still be under the manufacturers warranty and we should contact them.It turns out it was covered - so they turned down our business (and wouldnt even accept payment for a diagnostic fee).Based on this upstanding honesty, well be back!

I came in to get a couple issues with my car sorted out and boy am I glad I chose to come here. There are many auto repair shops all over the city and you never know which ones are legit and which ones will try to hoax you for your money. Renzo and Claudio at Claudios Auto Repair are honest and genuine mechanics running a clean shop with great auto service. The moment I met Renzo I could tell he was a genuinely polite and honest guy with an eye for detailed auto care. They fixed my wheel bearing problem, my fog light that had come out of its housing, found a nail in my tire and patched it up, and also cleaned off some corrosion building up on my battery. Ill be coming back here for any future auto services I may need. This is an auto shop you can trust!P.S. Try to make an appointment in advance.

Usually, Im sweating about the cost of auto repairs and trembling until I hear from the auto shop how much its going to cost me this time. Not this case with Claudios Auto Shop. They fixed everything and charged me a very reasonable cost for the amount of work they did. Not only that, they fixed other things they found and told me about areas of the automobile I need to pay attention to. Claudio took special care and the whole family is clearly involved in a very caring way for all their customers. For me, it was one of the very best experiences I have had since moving to San Francisco. Claudio is now my first stop and the first person I will think of when taking care of my automobile needs!
