This place caused me to drive without insurance for two months My car registration was due. I sent in my payment, but the DMV said they had no proof of insurance. I checked my card and, sure enough, it had expired months before. When I called Riskguard Insurance Solutions, they said they had sent me a renewal notice, but never heard from me. This is a lie. I never received a notice from them. Irene Herman never returned my calls. I was polite on the phone with her associates. That got me nowhere. They have behaved recklessly and irresponsibly. I am glad to have the opportunity to publicly shame these people. If you are driving uninsured (which is against the law), thats your tough luck. Your insurance agent doesnt care if you are with Riskguard Insurance Solutions.

They gave me excuses on why they couldnt give me a quote and tried to get me to be underinsured. They didnt understand my needs even though I explained it to them repeatedly and provided proof. Wound up with no quote. I dont recommend, not professional!
